"Had a nice peaceful weekend. Very tucked away, quiet, and away from everything but not too far of a drive to go into town. Host was communicative, responsive, and friendly."

"House is very nice. Lots of SPACE Beds are comfortable and the entire house is clean Host, Brad was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely no complaints. We played a lot of games and a card table would be nice. Also written instructions and a broadcast guide forthe TV would be very helpful. "

"The property and especially the views are spectacular It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with kitchen equipment. Nice game room, and wet bar and plenty of room around the fire pit with firewood provided!!! The owner was readily available for any questions. This was our 4 th consecutive year sub Roosters Den and look forward to going again next year"

"We had a great couple night stay that was very relaxing in a last minute booking for a birthday. Host was good with communication and check-in and check-out were very easy.The home is nice and secluded and very clean. We especially enjoyed the back screened-in porch where you can enjoy a chorus of bird song from the ravine. Of special note we had fox and Barred Owl calling at night. "Annual tr(Ale) Cru weekend (centered around a day hike, then a brewery) with 11 family members, ages 22-63. “Looney Rooms” was the best rental we have used. Plenty of space, in town but with a nice buffer to neighbors, and a really cool decor. Will definitely be back. "

"The unit was clean and easy to find. Check in was not a problem. It is located between the center of town and the Inn at Holiday Valley. The only thing I would recommend is replacing the chairs on the deck putside of the main bedroom. We did not use the chairson the first floor outside. "

"This spacious chalet perfectly met the needs of our family. Communication with our hosts was efficient and friendly - so easy to work with. We had a tire blow out — they immediately responded with recommendations and we had the tire fixed in less than 12 hours! We spent our days on the slopes, hit a couple of restaurants in town and hung out in the living space playing games and watching movies. We were also thrilled to bring our doodle with us so the whole family could be together. Would love...

"The house was brand new (modern features) and as advertised! I stayed here with my wife and 3 other couples and it is exactly what we were looking for. Walking distance to the town and just a quick drive to the resort. Would recommend any big group to stay here including families with kids. The host was also very easy to communicate with making the entire planning process/stay even better. We will be staying here in the future! "
