  • Enjoy canoeing on the Allegany River or walking/biking on its paved trails. Hike the scenic trails at local Allegany State Park. Enjoy skiing at Holiday Valley, one of the Northeast premier resorts. Cheer on Saint Bonaventure University's Division 1 basketball, or dining at nearby eateries or breweries. Or just hang out on "the farm" and watch the free range chickens or our adorable goats. Take home unique products made here to remember your stay with us. Make great gifts and reasonably priced. And we’re pet friendly! There is a pet fee and they need to be leashed 😉. No need to bring bottled water. Everything has been covered with our state of the art purification system. Coffee, tea, and sugar are provided.

Owner is very caring and welcoming. Love seeing the farm animals daily and the ping pong table was used daily by the teenagers. Will stay again when visiting family again. Amazing stay

We absolutely loved our stay here! The owners are the most friendly people, the property is beautiful and the location is conveniently located near restaurants/stores/etc. We hope to go back again soon!

Angela was the best hostess I have ever had. All I felt was comfort and warmth. The farm is beautiful and super clean and you can tell how much she loves her animals. The place was perfect and very clean. I strongly recommend staying here!!! Don’t miss out.

Great Place to Relax

We brought my elderly parents back to NY for a visit. Our stay was so peaceful and clean, and our hosts were very gracious in accommodating our needs. It was great!

If you want a property where you can have privacy and on a working farm, here’s the place. Hosts are easy to communicate with, nice rec area with ping pong table, huge dining/living room and GOATS!!!!!

Night on the farm

We had a great time staying on the farm. The goats and dog were fun to see, we even got to milk the goats. We were able to buy eggs and goat milk soap and have a campfire. I will recommend this place to friends.

Our birthday get away

We live in the area but wanted a night to get away as two of our girls had birthdays. This was a wonderful experience to have a girls night. I highly recommend. The accommodations were clean welcoming and relaxing.

Great place to stay. Lots of room. Kids loved the ping pong table. They played that over watching TV or phone. We all enjoyed some time with goats and chickens.

Lovely stay on a peaceful farm

Our hosts of this spacious facility presented lovely fresh farm eggs at our door each morning. The ability to handle the adorable baby goats made this trip memorable! Would highly recommend for families that would like to introduce their children to farm living!
