There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths in the main house and a separate bunkhouse adds a cool kids hangout and sleeping for two more. During the day enjoy the sun from brand new lakefront area. There is a patio and two docks covering over 1000sqft. There are tie outs if you bring your own water toys or enjoy the canoe or one of the available kayaks on the property. At night you can enjoy the serenity of a fire on the brand new stone patio using the smokeless fire pit. It’s also a short 30 minute drive to beautiful Ellicottville if skiing or shopping is in your plans.
