The condo was very well stocked with things from Tupperware and water bottles to boogie boards and beach towels. The space in general is well utilized and inviting. The kitchen island well placed to be utilized without getting in the way.A few negatives but not much. There was a weird plastic burning smell near the laundry sometimes but when I opened the windows and screen door it blew out pretty quickly. A few knives were not clean and the towel hanger in main bathroom kept falling off.The easy to use programmable thermostat made the temperature of the place perfect all day long. The main highlight of this place, the lanai, is amazing with beautiful lighting and a fan which made it very inviting and comfortable. The view of flowering trees and sunrise clouds is fantastic.The ground floor let me keep my Paddleboard blown up and made for easy access to the pool. When they had the live Hawaiian music at the pool, I heard it from the lanai which was also beautiful. All around a great stay.

Perfect location

We have stayed at Kamaole Sands numerous times. This location is by far one of the best. The lanai is large and provides a beautiful view of the landscaped property as well as a small view of the ocean. The lanai is shaded morning and evening allowing for morning coffees and evening dinners. The condo was well stocked with pans and appliances needed to cook meals. Can’t say enough about having such a good set of knives as well! Overall the condo was clean and great for a family of four.

We had a great stay at this condo. The listing is accurate in description. Nice big size lanai, beach gear available including toys and wagon for kids (but bring or rent snorkel gear), and big kitchen area for cooking. Pack n play and booster seat for eating provided upon request. Thank you for the great accomodation!

Great location

Excellent access to pool and beach. Ground floor was ideal for our toddler to play on the grass out front. The hosts were very accommodating and provided a pack and play and booster seat upon our arrival. Condo was clean and comfortable.

Very relaxing and convenient location

My daughter and I stayed for a week and loved the space. The first floor location close to the pool was fantastic! Kameole Sands is a terrific space with convenient beach access across the street. The condo was stocked with everything needed for a wonderful stay.

Loved our time at Kamaole Sands

We had a great experience. Our condo was clean and I especially appreciated that the kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, sharp knives, and some spices. We also really appreciated the boogie boards, beach chairs, and toys. The lanai was great as well, although hot air blew out of the outside closet toward the table, making the 2 seats close to the closet a bit hot. The unit is a 2-min walk to the beach with 3 other beaches close by/ within walking distance. I would definitely stay at this unit in Kamaole Sands with my family again. Thank you for everything.

Great stay. Condo is exactly as advertised with newer updates. Steps to the pool, 3 min walk to the beach. Nice Bbq areas. Resort feel. Grounds were meticulously maintained. Easy check in. No issues.

KAMAOLE SANDS 3-106

The Unit and property was amazing. The grounds and Condo Unit are maintained very well. The Condo was very nicely appointed with furniture and artwork. The appliances were nice. The refrigerator's Ice Maker was amazing. I wish ours worked that well. The extras-Beach chairs, Towels, Umbrella, beach toys were nice to have and one of the reasons we rented this Unit. Our son loves making sand castles. The bed was comfortable and the AC was good. The Condo was close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. Using VRBO was a very nice experience.

Perfect stay!

This condo was even better than imagined. The ground level was perfect for our 1 year old daughter to run out onto the grass. The condo was perfectly stocked with more than you’d ever need. The owners were so kind and quick to respond to any questions. We already know this will be our home base next time we find ourselves in Maui!

This unit has one of the best ground floor views , thats just my opinion, located right across from the pool, unit had everything that we needed , well stocked, very clean, well kept. enjoyed listening to the live entertainment at the pool from 4-6pm, the grounds at this condo are beautifull and well kept, would definately come back here

Amazing property!

It was very clean and super well equipped apartment, we got everything you could even imagine in the rental apartment. We loved every minute spent in this apartment! The size, the location, the staff around the complex. We got immediate support from PMI Maui once we needed (later in the night on Sunday) and got our issue resolved right away.

Great location and beach toys provided!

Would definitely recommend and stay here again. So many things in walking distance. Located right across from the beach. Also a large park where we enjoyed watching the sunset with other park goers. Seriously everything you need to cook from spices to pans were in the kitchen. And all the beach gear you need is there for you to use. It’s a one stop shop ;) really enjoyed staying on the bottom floor because the lanai has a fan and patio set and nice green lawn out back which makes it a quick shot to the pool! Highly recommend

Perfect Location

We get to come to Maui every few years to visit family and we always stay at Kamaole Sands. This condo was a perfect location to the pool and had a great view to enjoy coffee or a meal. The owners were great and efficient with communication and handling anything we needed. Would definitely recommend this condo and hope to be back!

Great for families

Very nice condo in a nice resort close to the beach. We stayed with our three kids (8, 3, 1) and we had a great time. Lots of beach gear in the condo. Large lanai close to the pool. Short walk to a very kids friendly beach. Thanks for having us.
