"From the moment we arrived, Maui Banyan exceeded every expectation. The property is immaculate — our unit was spotlessly clean, thoughtfully appointed, and felt like a true home away from home rather than a generic hotel room.
The location in Kihei is unbeatable. You’re steps from the beach, walking distance to great restaurants and shops along South Kihei Road, and perfectly positioned to explore everything South Maui has to offer. We never felt like we needed to drive far for anything.

"It was a great holiday in a stunning location. We enjoyed the convenience of being in a ground floor unit. A couple of concerns/issues: the kitchen faucet needs changing and it was inconvenient that the pull out bed didn’t work, as my sister & I needed our own beds. There was also a strange outbreak of creepy wormy bugs in the bathroom one night, probably from the drains? But was beyond control is my guess? Overall, a gorgeous place to stay. "

"This oceanfront condo was an absolute dream. The space was spotless, comfortable, and felt very safe — especially as a solo traveler. Waking up to the view of the ocean and ending each day with the sunset right outside was incredibly grounding. One of my favorite parts of the stay was doing yoga on the private lanai overlooking the beach — it felt peaceful, restorative, and truly special. "Some of the updates to the condo were nice. But the furnishings were very old, out dated and wore-out. I couldn.t sit on the couch without sinking nearly to the floor. (and I'm not a big person). There is a rug in the living area that looked very old and badly worn. All in all not as impressive as most of our stays at Maui Vista."
