Clean unit, perfect location, great communication with rental company. One sunshade on porch was broken and kitchen faucet needs repair, minor issues, but overall, a great stay. Would book this unit again.

The unit was very clean, warm, and inviting. It had all the needs for our stay - kitchen with all the necessary utensils, comfortable bedding and pillows, all the beach items one would need (towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, coolers, etc). It was close to the beach (by car) and shops/dining (by foot or car). We appreciated the panoramic view daily during meals and relaxation on the lanai.We were very pleased with our stay. Hope to come back for another stay.

Perfect Everything

Everything was wonderful. The location! Beautiful views from the 2 lanais! Set back from the road so no noise. Close enough to beaches to walk (20 min) or drive (5 min). The unit furniture/decor was in excellent condition. We cooked a couple times during our stay-well-stocked kitchen. No problems with anything. We will book here again.

Paradise found!

Great place to stay! Beautiful views, beautiful grounds and great pool right out the front door! The condo was very clean, beds were very comfy and it was great to have everything you need for “beach” right in unit closet. If we go back to Maui, this is the place that we would stay! Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!!

Quiet paradise with a million dollar view

The view from this unit was the most amazing view we've ever seen. You will never tire of it. Sitting on the lanai birdwatching in the morning and watching the sunset in the evening was a dream. The condo was so clean and comfortable with all the necessities to make you feel right at home...comfy beds, plenty of clean linens, beach equipment, a nice little washer/dryer, and a well stocked kitchen, where we made a pineapple upside-down cake with fresh Maui Gold pineapple. :) The sound system with the Hawaiians CDs was a fun added bonus and we loved listening while watching the sunset. The property has two awesome pools surrounded by lovely trees and plants. The golf course and landscaping definitely added to the beauty. We walked right out the front door and all the way down to the Shops at Wailea and the Wailea beach walk, no problem. The location is great for morning jogs/walks. There were a few noisy kiddos here and there running around but for the most part, we had peace and quiet. If you're looking for a peaceful, laid back oasis to stay at, this is the place. We'll be back again! And if the property owners ever want to sell, give us a shout. ;) Mahalo for the wonderful stay! And thanks to the property mamagers (Rentals Maui) for making check-in/out and other instructions so easy.

Phenomenal Location in Wailea, Absolutely Beautiful Condo!

Wow! What a beautiful condominium! My spouse and retiree parents chose to stay at this VRBO in the Ekolu Village in Wailea, and we were not disappointed. This unit is absolutely beautiful, with unobstructed views of the ocean, a fully equipped and absolutely gorgeous kitchen, comfortable guest rooms, and all the beach and adventure equipment you could ask for less a full sized surf board (on the plus side there is a boogey board). In the past we'd always booked at one of the nearby beachfront hotels but we were glad we booked this VRBO given the superior quality of the unit, the greater peace and quiet offered by the community, and the supremely convenient location. This condo is nestled near the top of the hill near highway 31 but is only a short 5-10 minute walk or drive to local shopping and beaches. Getting to the nearby beaches was simply a breeze being only a ~5minute drive to the public parking lots at Ulua Beach Park and Keawakapu Wailea-Ekahi beach access. We were able to save a little by cooking some of our own meals, and decided to opt for dinning at the local resorts in the evenings. This was an ideal location for our adventures on Maui, and we could not have been happier with the property. While I can't speak to other units in this complex, this unit should not be missed due to it being exceptionally well maintained and very well appointed, with great peace and quiet, and unmatched beauty matched with convenience.

Found paradise

This was the best holiday flat we have ever stayed at. The view is a dream. Sunset with palmtrees in front of the horizon. The flat is very spacious including two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and showers. The lanai is big enough for a dining table for four plus two lounge chairs. So comfy and elegant to enjoy the sunset. The flat was equipped with aircon, full kitchen supplies, TVs, radio, games, books and equipment to enjoy the day at the beach. Parking in front of your doorsteps. We also relaxed at the nearby pool with plenty of chairs to choose from. Right next to the buildings several bbq stations can be found. We loved the walk down to the shops, restaurants, Wailea shopping area and the local beach. Great spot for snorkeling! We were able to live in this paradise for 8 nights and enjoyed every minute. We can highly recommend this place.

Best lanai in Wailea!

This was our 5th visit to Maui and we really enjoyed our stay at unit 1508. Enjoying a glass of wine and watching the sunset from the lanai was the perfect end to our enjoyable days.

Perfect location in Wailea with amazing views!

This is a perfect little spot for families. The deck had amazing views and the home was well appointed and up to date. Having a kitchen and laundry is always a plus when you travel with families. This is also within walking distance of some great restaurants. The beach is just a few minutes drive away. We love this spot!

Lovely quiet condo

We loved our stay in this nicely furnished condo. The view is nicer than the photos depict, the A/C works great, the kitchen is fully stocked (and organized!!!). We liked it so much we already booked a stay for next year.

Beautiful condo

We had the best time during our stay. Everything in the pictures matched what the place actually looked like. We had no issues whatsoever during our entire stay. It was as if we were at home the whole time. It has a full kitchen with everything you need, two large bedrooms with a full bathroom on each side of the condo. It has AC, so we could open the windows during the day but cool down at night. The lanai has a beautiful view of the ocean as well as the golf course. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. We will definitely be back.

Great Spot!

What a great location and condo! The condo is well appointed and provides a great landing spot for your Maui adventures! It took a bit for the AC to catch up to the afternoon heat but if the trade winds are blowing then the deck is the perfect place for a sunset cocktail. There were also amazing amenities! Coolers, beach chairs and pool noodles just to name a few. It was a nice surprise to have such thoughtful items to make your stay that much more comfortable.

Wonderful Stay

Overall this property is beautiful. The view is absolutely incredible, and the outdoor patio overlooking the ocean was our favorite place to be. It was more than enough space for my husband and I with our 9 year old daughter. The second bedroom stays much cooler than the rest of the house so my daughter and I would often spend time together in there in the afternoons when the house was rather warm despite AC. Cons: The master bedroom bed was uncomfortable and I left with a backache. Hot water was sparse - we could only shower one person at a time and then wait 90 mins+ for another person to have enough hot water to shower. If you don’t mind cool/cold showers then it’s fine. The ‘starter pack’ amenities irritated me, if for no other reason than it meant we needed to purchase extra things we knew we’d have to leave behind afterwards. With the price of the property, they should give you adequate toilet paper and paper towel. There were also no tissues to use to blow your nose, so we had to purchase those as well. You can hear the neighbors in the master bedroom, and ours had a couple of kids that liked to make quite a bit of noise. Luckily all within the normal waking hours so not a huge deal. Again, all in all, and incredible property. Would recommend.
