Great location

Bathrooms weren’t that clean, one toilet was clogged. Code to check in didn’t work. Property manager was responsive and all issues were addressed. Condo was nice and met our family’s needs. Loved the location in keystone. Close to the village, restaurants and ABasin.

Love this place

We have come to this place for many years and have always enjoyed it. Outstanding location. There is a pool and hot tub available. Clean, well maintained, outstanding location. That we have come here many times says what you need to know about this place.

Quiet, comfortable home

This rental was perfect for our mountain getaway!. It was clean, pretty, and has a quiet corner lot location. And must mention Turnkey…when the internet was not working, they jumped right on it to find there was an outage, and it was repaired within hours. Would recommend!

Beautiful condo close to Yellow bus line

Overall I would recommend this property due to Turnkey's (management company) ability to quickly respond and fix the minor issues that we had. Their check in process is fully automated and Turnkey called me immediately when I texted back that I had a issue at check in. I've never experienced service like this!! That said, we had several issues. Upon entering we noticed that the condo had not been fully cleaned property (dirt and residue on countertop, beer cans, hair/lint), the blinds were broken, and the hot tub and pool was fully closed. Turnkey sent out someone immediately to clean and fix the blinds the next morning. Unfortunately the hot tub was never fixed. This was outside of owner's control as Summit county had mandated all public pools be closed. Even though we had paid a premium specifically to have that amenity, we never received a credit or discount.

The stay

I go up to keystone for a few days to a week every year, even tho I love in Denver, its a great get away. It was a great stay,bus is literally next to the cabin, and additional parking is right next door. Only thing I can say is it was an amazing visit.

Christmas ski trip

A+ location for skiing and ski school!! Great family lay out. Bummer the hot tub was not available because of Covid - obviously not the owners fault! We also rent out a ski property with TurnKey, so I was a little surprised at the condition of the kitchen. Pantry was full of food and items, leaving no room for the 5 days worth of food we brought up. Kitchen needs to be completely cleaned out and reorganized. Dirty dishes and kitchen utensils were put away with food crusted on. Drawers for kitchen tools is a mess. They had everything we needed for cooking, just needs TLC. This house runs very warm. Master bedroom was HOT. The windows would not stay open so we propped with cups. Overall a great condo! Easy to catch the bus to the slopes or the villages. We used the owners sleds and had a blast. Thanks

Perfect family vacation

The location was convenient to Keystone Village and the house was awesome! Everything we needed in the kitchen to cook for our family and all the linens we needed! We will definitely stay here again!

Loved the location!

The location was the best part of this condo, a 5 minute shuttle ride to the Mounatain House. The condo was generally good but a few things need to be addressed. Cleanliness was ok. The garage really needed to be swept out to keep dirt out of the house. The blinds in the main room would not come down so we were on display and it made it cold. Overall a good experience but it could be improved on.

FAMILY THANKSGIVING IN KEYSTONE

Our whole family ( 5) met in Keystone for the Thanksgiving holiday. We took advantage of all the various activities available to us that were remarkably close to our condo. Truly wonderful

Everything. From the door code to the space itself it was absolutely enjoyable, convenient, clean, and comfortable. Near enough to stores in Dillon but also on the way to the slopes. Highly recommend!

very pleased. With the response time on questions with this property.. The only thing I think that could be reviewed is there should be more water pressure in the 2 showers. You may want to review the screens that are in the shower heads seems to be very very low pressure.
