"My family and friends loved this property. We had 9 total people and had plenty of space. The two master suites were a real benefit. The location worked out very nice as it was just a few minute drive to shops and restaurants in Dillon and also just a short drive to Keystone and A-Basin. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well stocked, and the owners were very responsive to our texts. Definitely recommend this property."

"The house is just as pictured! It has 7 full bedrooms with plenty of gathering space and a large kitchen and dining areas. The owner was very responsive and communicated very well with us before our stay."

"My kids and I loved this place. Very clean, modern with a touch of rustic. We appreciated the extra fans in the rooms, the full kitchen set to cook anything we wanted. The Jaccuzzi and grill was great to have too. We didn't realize until after we bought some but they also had sleds to use (we left ours for the next guests)"

"We had two couples and 5 children and we had plenty of space for us all to hang out, play outside in the snow and sleep. It was perfect also because it’s a short drive to the mountain house parking (we prefer this over river run) and we could have used the shuttle if we wanted to. The owners had great communication with us also:) 10/10 recommend."

"This place was perfect. Very quiet, private and is in a neighborhood of very high-end homes. literally steps away is the orange shuttle which runs 05 25 45 on the hour dropping you off at river run in less than 5 minutes. Pet friendly making this one of our favorite places in Keystone."

"The cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in, very comfortable for our family of 6. We were looking for a place with a private hot tub, so we wouldn’t have to share with random dudes, and it was great to have on a cold snowy night. It’s just a short drive to the Peru Express, which was very easy to get skiers in and out with the drop off parking always available. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this property!"

"Very convenient location to River Run Gondola. (5 min walk) Everything was near perfect. If I had to be critical I’d say master shower drains slow and laundry closet has the front loader washer smell going on. Besides those minor details I’d definitely come again. Thanks Summit!"

"Comfortable, clean, well equipped property in a quiet development close to skiing. Every day we took a short walk to the shuttle stop and quick ride brought us right to the lifts. Management was very responsive. We had no issues and would rent this property again."

"We rented the house for a large friend trip to the mountains, and we were not disappointed! The house itself is beautiful and fit our large group comfortably. We especially loved the hot tub on the deck and the large kitchen and pantry. Our only wish is that the dining table had enough chairs and space for all 14 people the house can hold - to fit everyone for dinner, we had to use a bunch of bar stools and it was a very tight squeeze. But overall, I highly recommend the house to anyone looking...
