Disappointed in Keystone

We chose this property because it stated that other reviewers found the condo to be very clean and some even called it immaculate. Instead we found that the condo was very dirty. Examples of this are when wearing bare feet, the floor felt dirty and when looking at the bottom of our feet, they were black. We went to the store and purchase cleaning supplies because we could see debris and dog hair on every floor surface. After swiffering, we used multiple disposable pads that were full of dog hair and debris. For the kitchen floor we used a clorox wipe and it was black( have a pic) The refrigerator had fingerprints from the previous tenant on it and the inside was dirty. The refrigerator was freezing everything in the back half of the refrigerator. Soap for the kitchen consisted of a sample bottle of dish soap, which was only 1/3 of the way full so we had to purchase more. The icemaker was not working and was dirty so we bought ice. The bedding in both rooms especially the top comforter was dirty. The bathroom in the main bedroom also had dirty floors. There was a rug covering up the flooring which seem to be popping up in the living room near the patio door. We put it out on the deck temporarily because it was covered with dog hair. To summarize, this was the dirtiest condo we have ever stayed in and required us to clean the floors, dust and not use any of the top covers on the beds. We have been coming to Keystone for over 20 years.

Needs update

Prop is very old and could use and update. No blinds on east side. A two year old and three year old each locked themselves in rooms with the button locks. I would get rid of those

Great value! It has everything we needed

Wee love the convenience of the tennis townhomes. Great value place that has everything you need! Shuttle service to the mountain or a quick less than 5 min drive to mountain home. Kids loved the hot tub and pool. Great set up for families.

Keystone Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo in Keystone....the location was fantastic. We could easily get to everything we wanted to do by either walking, or a quick drive! The condo itself was very cute, clean and well appointed. We would gladly stay here again!

Great quick getaway

Nice, comfortable accommodation. Keystone had a very good bus system to get to main ski lift. Not many restaurants. Had to drive into Dillon/ Silverthorne. If cooking in, City Market near by for groceries. I would rent again.

Great Place

Booked this condo last minute and was pleasantly surprised as it exceeded our expectations. Very clean, with gas fireplace (older reviews mentioned a wood fireplace, which it does not have), more amenities than other units we have rented, and although the baseboard heating was hot in some areas of the home, it was very comfortable once you get the temperature setting figured out to your preference. Location is great for skiing Keystone and we were able to watch the New Years Eve fireworks from the condo!

Mountain condo

Was a quick Weeknd trip to the mountains. Cute clean condo. Hot tub and pool very convenient and clean. My only negative feedback is the lighting, especially in the kitchen.

Tennis Center 1318

We have stayed in a Tennis Center Condo before. This one was not as nice as the others. There have been some updates to the condo but it is needing more updates for the price paid. The hot water ran out after one of our two kids took a bath. There was someone else's hair other than ours that was left in the bathtub. The front door does not lock very smoothly, You have to finagle the door to get the lock to work properly. There was construction going on during our stay. We do understand that summer is the only time to do some work, but we were not aware of it. The sink in the main bedroom was missing the drain part. There was not dish brush or sponge to wash dishes. There was no product to wipe down counter tops and other surfaces. The washer door did not close very well. The toaster did not work well and was inconsistent. At one point it caught on fire inside the toaster. We love the area and the Tennis Center itself because of the location and the pool/hot tub.

Late season ski trip

This is a very convenient location. The condo complex amenities were awesome: the outdoor pool was so nice and the sauna was great. The condo has a certain amount of “rustic” charm and a wood fire in the fireplace was very nice. It has a basic but well stocked kitchen. The layout worked well for a family of four and we loved having our dog with us! While it was clean, because the condo and furnishings are fairly dated, it didn’t feel immaculate or particularly luxurious. Unfortunately the shared hot tub, while well conceived in a clubhouse with the sauna and pool, was in need of clean water. While this isn’t necessarily in the control of this condo’s management, it was notable (we used the hot tub anyways). Overall we felt that the condo was a very good value.

Great Spot Close to Keystone

This spot was very close to Keystone. The actual front door to the condo is down quite a few sets of stairs. Noted for bringing gear/food from the car. The bus system was not exactly clear. Some days it runs, other days you have to call. The master shower was unique and could use a little love/updates. The rest of our stay was great! The place is accurate to the description. Nice area to walk around outside the condos. Kitchen was fully equipped. Great main area in the living room. Would recommend!

Keystone Stay

The property management was wonderful as far as communication and response times. Easy check in process. The actual condo was a bit of a disappointment. There were stains on the carpet, the kitchen was sparsely equipped (not even potholders). I believe it was listed as having a king bed in the primary suite and it was only a queen. The twin beds in the other bedroom were very uncomfortable.
