"Tried to cancel about 47 hours before the stay because of a death in the family. No one answered the phone. Then sent an email. The response from the motel stated that the “policy” was that cancellations had to be made 48 hours before so we would be charged for one night. No compassion here."

"To be fair it is under renovations. The room we stayed in was CLEAN and nice however there was no hot water at night and no cold water in the morning and no air conditioning.
