If room 121 is an indication, rooms on this large property are individually owned, i.e., people on-site work for a management company. The location was great. The pool and grounds were well-tended. Room 121, on the other hand, left a lot to be desired. Upon arrival, we noticed that the bedding was damp, the curtain rods were rusted over, lampshade wire was also rusted and had leaked into the lampshade. Several drawer handles were broken, the screen door was ripped, and there was dust (not just a sprinkling, years-old dust that had collected and stuck) on top of several things: the air conditioner, a wall air freshener that`s so old it`s falling apart, an alarm system motion sensor (what is that for? in a one-room property?). We asked our island contact for a dehumidifier. She was responsive and tried, but the owners, who live on the mainland and probably have not seen their property in years, did not/could not provide it. To top it off, the bathtub drain did not work. Thankfully, maintenance was able to fix it. However, by the end of our 5-night stay, the drain was not working well again. Stay in this property because of its location - it`s near restaurants, stores, and adventure companies. But don`t stay in room 121.
