"We loved the property and our room. The AC was cold; the bed was comfortable. The property is close to shopping and restaurants. There is a small Frig in the room. We grabbed ice from an ice maker on the property and made drinks in our room to enjoy on the balcony or by the pool. The wifi worked great and it was easy to use the code to access the room. The condo has silverware, plates, bowls, cups and bbq tongs for the gas bbqs that we used a couple times. We’ll be back."

"This is an adequate place to stay. The room is small and there is no ability to cook other than the microwave. There is a refrigerator but no freezer. The bathtub took a long time to drain after use. But....it is close to the beach and a nice ABC store and it is ideally located to explore the island."

But I was told by the property manager. They are working on those. The central coast is great As far as getting around the island. But the road noise and sirens. Might be a bit much for some. "We really enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as described, when we entered we were greeted with beautiful fresh tropical flowers and lovely Hawaiian treats. The ground floor unit has a walk out lanai where you can have your feet in the sand in seconds, and a nice foot bath to wash the sand off your feet was a great touch. The studio condo is nicely decorated with a tropical flair. There is air conditioning, which we didn’t use, but many like having it as an option. There were chairs,...

"We loved that the unit was oceanfront and we could watch the sunrise every morning. Wish there was a small dishwasher though so we didn’t have to do everything by hand. But the room was well kept and nicely decorated and very comfortable. Thanks for the chocolates! "

"The expansive property was secluded and beautiful even though it was a short walk to restaurants, grocery, shopping and shaved ice. The room/bed was very comfortable and it was always quiet and peaceful. We loved sitting on the lanai and watching the waves."

"This is our third time staying at Kappa Sands with our small family. We absolutely love it. The beach is perfect for young kids, walk down the beach and the surf is perfect for riding waves. The pool is as always an attraction. We have family meals with all the kitchen appliances you need and a big refrigerator. The life is so sweet at at our little piece of aloha."
