"This beachfront studio was a great location to stay in the Kapa'a area, with direct access to a beach and ability to watch sunrises every morning. The unit itself was clean, with the king-sized bed taking up most of the main space as well. It was also nice to have beach chairs available within the unit to use during our stay.Communication with Dave was great during our time there, with detailed check-in and check-out instructions provided. "Perfect condo for our trip, nestled slightly out of town which turned out to be a blessing due to traffic in Kapaa. The condo has everything we needed, including beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers. Freezer is loaded with ice and ice packs for the cooler as well. Very clean. The outdoor patio is great for meals and cocktails. "

"Our stay was, overall, very lovely in this unit. Plenty of space for our family of 7. Loved that there were 2 sinks in each bathroom and a separate powder room. Pull out sofa mattress was the nicest we've ever used. Plenty of linens. Views were only okay. You are mostly looking at the Safeway plaza across the street and listening to the street noise on the balcony (didn't stop us from using it). Kids really enjoyed the pool. Husband enjoyed the gym. "Stunning views of the ocean. Sunrises from the lanai. The condo is well appointed and very clean. The lanai is spectacular. Pool is nice though it’s in a parking lot so not scenic , but it was well maintained and nice to have. The one opportunity is to get a more powerful air conditioner for the bedroom as is it tough to cool it down. Oh and the resident roosters and chickens provide great entertainment. "

"Perfect property with a stunning ocean view right out the patio door! The condo is situated within walking distance to many restaurants and the Coconut Marketplace Shopping area. The location was also centrally located for visiting the northern beaches, as well as all of the southern beaches. The condo was outfitted with everything we needed, including beach chairs and umbrella for beach days. We definitely recommend this place!"

"This was en extremely well provisioned unit. We especially appreciated the blue ice and multiple cooler options to keep drinks and food cold.It was clean, well located, and the host was very responsive. When we had internet disruption we were able to work with the host to quickly resolve the problem.The only recommendation might be to offer s box of Kleenex, a fairly minor issue!"
