"Upon arriving at the hotel, the first impression was very positive. The property is beautiful, well-presented, and the staff were welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient with no issues at all. The room itself was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable—exactly what you would expect from a hotel at this level. Unfortunately, this is where things began to go wrong. "The room was excellamt quality, spacious and very clean. Breakfast was very good with cooked options of local and European food as well as a good selection of buffet options. Friendly and helpful staff. Only downside is that it is slightly outside georgetown but this is not a criticism of hotel. Excellent pool and gym. Great hotel"

"The staff were amazing. My only critcisim is that the Rasa upgrade didnt meet my expectation. My room faced the carpark and the private breakfast didnt hit the mark as the food options are limited. The afternoon tea and drinks the food again is a let down. There are so many options around and in my opinion could be better!"

"The staff was amazing. Thank you to Razi for helping us extend when our flight was delayed. The room is definitely 4 stars. AC was weak. Took almost an hour to drop 4 degrees. Had to ask for towels and TP and the bed is quite firm. That said, it is close to shopping and the airport and the pool was nice and not crowded at all. Would stay again. And the price on site was actually less than Expedia! "

"Extremely glad that we chose this hotel on this trip to Penang. Room was very nice clean and with lovely sea view. All the staff especially at the club were extremely nice, warm, helpful and very friendly thus made our stay welcoming. There is one staff in particular that stands out is Mr Samson from the club lounge. Thank you. Breakfast and cocktail food and drinks were very good clean and very well presented. "

"Excelente en todo sentido. A pesar de ser un edificio que se nota que tiene sus años esta bien mantenido. Destaco la atención del personal, TODOS son extremadamente amables, un placer tratar con ellos. El desayuno es bueno, variado y todo rico en general. El área de la piscina super limpia, muchas reposeras. Lo único en contra la playa, no es muy bonita, pero si no vas exclusivamente a hacer playa esta bien. En resumen, diría que es una muy buena relación calidad-precio."

"rooms were good & spacious, although bathroom was a little small. the shaving mirror was hanging off the wall which make it hard to use. the room was quite and sleeping was easy. nice pool area with padded loungers. despite the size of the hotel we allways managed to get somewhere to lounge."
