"We stayed here for only 3 nights. Originally 4 nites but due to Independence weekends celebration there were no buses or train available from KL to Penang. So, we missed our first night stay. Staff Service is so.. so not so impressive - I’ve requested for two fresh Towel and they delivered two towels but the 2nd one looks really outdated for Floor usage not for the body. I Will not recommend this hotel.

"Wonderful place to stay in Penang. Great food options in the hotel and also nearby. Easy walk around the top of Penang and nice to be just out of the busier centre.
Lovely rooms and decor throughout and the pool was superb.

"Staff was terrible. I booked a deluxe room (with city views it said), and instead I got a room looking to a parking lot (it was ridiculously close to the cars).I went down to reception three times (Sunday evening) and the guy gave me no alternative despite admitting that it was their/the websites mistake.
It wasn’t until I asked to speak to the manager that the guy offered me to change the room with a really bad attitude.
The rest of the staff were neither friendly nor professional.

"It’s a great place to rest for a couple of days before the next flight. The food was good, staff was friendly and helpful, and there’s a great little spa (very good massages). The pool looked nice but the water was quite cloudy when I swam, so that was a little worrying. It meant that the pool wasn’t cleaned or properly chlorinated. I would stay again. "
