"Everything about this house is perfect. Great communication from hostess, Tiffany. She's so nice and accommodating. Rented the house for a weekend Hawkeye game with adult children and grandson (22 months). The stash of toys was such a wonderful unexpected surprise since it was cold and rainy (Oregon game). I was able to keep him entertained while everyone else was at the game. Plenty of sleeping room and the decor of the house is fun. New appliances and plenty of dishes, silverware, etc. Already...

"Home was impeccably clean. Some say they are dog friendly, but really don't want pers. Here I really felt like mine were welcomed. And so many snacks and such to choose from!! "This townhome was absolutely perfect for UofI graduation in May! The location was 2 blocks from commencement making it ideal for every type of event associated with the university. The accommodations included every detail possible - tastefully decorated, a roomy main level kitchen/living area for entertaining (including serving pieces of perfection!). The rooftop included a grill and fire table to allow us to enjoy the outdoors and an awesome view of the area. Thank you for making graduation...

"Convenient property. It was a townhome and the community could use a little updating. The property itself inside was clan and had what we needed. One weird thing was there were zero decorations. This made it feel very unwelcoming. But overall the condo served its purpose.Being able to pull into the garage and unload the car when it was raining was a great benefit."
