Perfect space for our family of 6. So many amenities included. Beautiful property and great location. Management was good to work with and check in and check out was a breeze. Would recommend to friends!

The condo was very nice and actually thought it was better than the pictures. Location was awesome and a two minute walk to the beach and 30 seconds to the pool. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is two of the ceiling fans didn’t work properly. I would stay here again and would highly recommend to others.

We had such a good time. The private lanai, quick access to the beach, and the property grounds were amazing. The free usage of beach and snorkeling equipment helped to make our vacation special.

I was extremely pleased with our decision to stay here. First, the unit was as-described in the listing, which is not always the case with some rentals. The location is inarguably fantastic: mere feet to a pool, the large grass lawn, and straight out to the beach. (No camera tricks in the listing photos.) Rooms were quiet with comfortable beds. Bathrooms were large and had good water pressure with all amenities listed. The kitchen was very well-appointed compared to other places I have stayed, and included all the necessary kitchen tools to cook in the unit if you are so inclined. There is also a BBQ just across the walkway, near the pool. There's a small-ish restaurant/bar at the end of the adjacent building which is very close (but situated so that you don't hear it from the patio) which has fantastic food and drink, and I highly recommend a meal or two there. Just a little further up the hill is the main Turtle Bay resort, with its restaurants, coffee shop, bar, and shops. The unit's "beach closet" (just outside the front door) had everything we could want for a wonderful day at the beach with, and everything was easily transported down to the water and back again. It felt very good not to have to figure out how to rent the beach staples, or worse: have to buy them and then leave them behind somewhere. Overall, the perfect mix of a quiet space for the family to spend some time together, but with the amenities of a resort just steps away. 10/10 would stay again.

The villa was perfect for my son and family and myself. Steps away from the ocean shoreline. Turtle Bay resort access was a definite plus. It was the perfect location away from crowds and access to many island attraction’s. A couple maintenance items came up but promptly dealt with. My first Hawaii visit was spectacular.

Overall experience was exactly as described in the listing. The property was picturesque. We did not find the construction at the hotel distracting (and candidly saw it as a benefit to smaller crowds at Turtle Beach/Kuilima Cove). We wished a few of the resort amenities were available (e.g. SUP, kayak, and bike rentals) but nothing critical. We used this location as home base for a couple of days on North Shore as a splurge during our vacation and it did not disappoint. We accidentally misplaced the beach locker key and the owners were super helpful in locating a spare (and recovering the lost set of keys!). I could not get the cable TV to work in the late evenings but we were generally exhausted anyway so we didn't even inquire about getting it set up. I found myself almost completely alone with a cup of coffee on the beach at sunrise both mornings we were there. We had more than enough space to snorkel the cove as a family with other guests. We bought fresh fruits at a nearby farmer's market, grabbed pasteries from Ted's, ate garlic shrimp at Giovanni's in Kahuku, gobbled shave ice at Angel's Ice Cream, and ate pulled pork sandwiches from Konas in Haliewa, snorkeled some more at Shark Cove, and watched multiple sea turtles from less than 10 ft away along the beach east of the Turtle Bay Pillbox. Our family of 5 from Texas had a great time (19yr old, 17 yr old, and 13 yr old)!

The unit was amazing. It was clean and only steps to the pool or beach. Best of the all, the owners closet had everything you could need for fun in the water. I would highly recommend this place to any family!

This “villa” was a perfect setting for a family with young children. We were not that. The beach is beautiful, the pool centrally located. The condo itself was well-supplied. Unfortunately, the young children dominated the pool, did a lot of screaming and yelling, as children do. Our stay was diminished by the loud sounds of construction on the hotel nearby every day but Sunday. So I cannot give it a 5. I would return, but only with grandkids.

Property was neat and orderly. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware and cooking utensils. Bathrooms were starting to look dated and shower floors showing signs of mildew, but counters, floors tub and toilets all in clean and working order. Dishwasher was not working, but because we were only 5 people and our stay was not long, we had no trouble hand washing. Location on Turtle Beach was nice with direct views to the ocean from the living and master bedroom. Resort Hotel was closed, which wasn't stated in the description. This was nice as there weren't many people around, but all the amenities were also closed, like renting bikes, horseback riding, or eating at the restaurants. Property manager was super responsive, particularly when the complex electricity went out one night. She helped us find the flashlights and gave us options for dinner. Location was a bit remote, given the resort was closed. However, the 20 minute drive into the center of North Shore was easy and enjoyable.

We loved our stay at Villa 106! Our family had an amazing time for our pre-Christmas getaway. The pictures and descriptions definitely met our expectations the minute we walked into the villa with its beautiful large living room space. We had a few issues the first night, but Gina and Vince were very responsive to every call and text message when we contacted them and handled it with much care and in a timely manner. Even prior to our stay, communication with Gina was very smooth. The location itself is so beautiful. We were just steps to the pool and beach. The kids loved it! Everything at the Villa and all the amenities we used such as the pool/spa and bbq areas were very clean. Even during this crazy pandemic, we felt safe and secluded. There are plenty of options to eat in the area just a few minutes away. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you again for making this such a memorable vacation for our family.
