"The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful nature all around. The house was very clean, had all the amenities of home (tv in each bedroom and living room!), and was very cozy. "Everything in the listing was very accurate, from the electric to the water pressure. HIGHLY recommend 4wd or awd. He's not kidding about the road. Once you drive it a couple of times, you get used to it, but there's a learning curve. The views and the quiet were outstanding. Be aware it is in the mountains, and you will see some bugs and maybe a lizard or two (that one was cute). Sunrise from the back porch was gorgeous! "Wonderful home, very well stocked and cleaned. Great water, pressure, hot water. The perfect location on the river we had so much fun playing in the river for 2 1/2 days. Close enough to town if you needed anything from the store. We got Walmart Delivery a couple times which was just as quick as when we’re at home In a bigger city. This was truly one of the best VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. We are truly hoping to come back Every year!"
