  • Charming 3 bedroom, 1 bath, home, very clean, and comfortable, well furnished, fully equipped kitchen and bath. Nice deck, fenced yard, paved driveway w/ carport.

We really enjoyed the house! It was very neat & tidy & appreciated the little touches for the Christmas holiday! We will definitely keep this one in mind for another time!

My husband and I stayed here. It was perfect for our needs. Clean, comfortable, great communication from the owner. Definitely recommend!

Nice place for a couple of nights. Area was close to everything. Host was great at communicating and seemed very nice. Left us snacks and essentials in bathroom. It felt like my grandmothers home from 60 years ago. Needs a little work, but nice.

Comfortable home for a family with kids.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this weekend. It was in a good location the easy access to a main road to get you where you needed to go. The beds were comfortable to sleep in as well.

Feels like home

This home was like an home away from home and a good place to stay while attending an event in Johnson City. The host even left some drinks and snacks which was thoughtful.

Great Rental Property

This home is great property. Very clean and well maintained. Thanks for the little extras that were there, like the snacks, water, laundry soap and bathroom shampoos and soap. The little things you sometimes forget.Very quiet neighborhood and close to family we were visiting.

Cute house!

My family and I stayed in this house for my graduation at ETSU. This house was the cutest thing! The property owner stayed in contact with us, and truly made this process so easy. I would highly recommend staying here!

Booked for my husband's outof town family to attend my granddaughter's wedding

They were pleased with their stay. Close to wedding venue. Host has provided everything they need. Kitchen equipt for meal. Beds were comfy as was the whole place. The host very responsive and accommodating . Very clean

Wonderful home!

We stayed for just one night to rest in between long drives. The house was very clean! I love that there were some snacks laid out for us too.
