Located between Main Street and the downtown square parking lot, you will find everything you need right at your fingertips.

    Guest Access:

    Getting to our place is super easy, and downtown JC has a ton of free parking! The Downtown Square Lot next to our place is usually a safe bet from morning till late afternoon, but right across the street from that is a huge lot that has options pretty much any time of day or night. This apartment does not come with a designated parking spot, as all parking is first-come-first-serve. Our place is a short walk from any of the downtown lots.



    The keypad on our doors makes it super convenient to come and go as you please while you explore the city. We will send the access code in your check-in instructions.



    The Neighborhood:

    Since our place is in the heart of downtown, you'll definitely feel like you're close to everything! But of course, that also means you might hear some noise from trains and nightlife. We think it's just part of the vibe and embrace it!



    Getting Around:

    Effortlessly traverse downtown Johnson City and its surroundings by strolling through local attractions and relying on the city's pedestrian-friendly infrastructure. For longer distances, opt for the convenience and flexibility of a car, making it easy to explore the area at your own pace. Our guests can walk to some of the best restaurants in the region and Pierre's Marketplace (Local Grocery Store) is right across the street! Walk to parks, breweries, shops, restaurants, and more!

    We have stringent and intentional cleaning methods that take CDC recommendations and more into consideration as we prepare each of our homes for guests to stay. Our aim is to provide a home away from home experience for every guest, family, or group that stays with us.

    PET INFORMATION:

    While we welcome pets in our homes, we do charge a flat fee to cover the extra cleaning costs and resources needed to ensure the removal of pet hair and dander to the best of our ability and that the space is thoroughly cleaned for future guests. We strive to offer a welcoming environment for everyone, including those with pets, and this fee helps us keep our properties in excellent condition. We kindly ask that pets be kept off of furniture, including beds. Any evidence of pets on furniture may result in additional fines.

    We allow a maximum of two (2) pets/service animals(DOGS ONLY), in our homes. All pets must be crate-trained and house-broken. We pride ourselves on impeccable cleanliness and this helps us maintain our standard for future travelers.





    LONG TERM STAYS:

    Please note that for reservations of 28 days or longer, the cleaning fee is increased to $150. This adjusted fee may not be automatically reflected in the total shown at checkout during the booking process. If applicable, it will be communicated and then added separately prior to your stay. Please reach out through the booking platform with any questions.

We had a good stay overall. The unit itself was very clean, and check-in/check-out were smooth and easy. Communication with the host was excellent. The location is great, with quick access to downtown—very convenient if you want to be in the heart of things.That said, there are a few things to be aware of: there is no designated parking for the unit. It’s street parking only, and because it’s limited, we sometimes had to park a block or more away. The trains run all night and blow their horns as they pass, which was pretty loud. Also, the unit seems to be close to a nightclub—we could hear club music until around 2am as well as people outside talking, yelling, and even getting sick right outside the building.If you’re looking for a clean, well-kept spot in a very central location, this could work well for you—just keep in mind the noise and parking situation.

Overnight stay in Johnson City

I was coming in town for an event and needed a place to stay for the evening, this place was simply that. Overall our stay was fine, but it's located directly above a bar so it was insanely loud from 11 pm - 2 am. There was no insulation and you could hear every conversation from the street like you were standing right next to them. Then, in the morning around 7 am it got loud again with slamming doors in the hallway. The space itself was fine, and clean for the most part. However, if I were coming back I would look for somewhere else to stay.
