Beautiful Home

This is a beautiful home. There is a porch overlooking the town and mountains. The birds are plentiful. Great place for morning coffee or night wine. There is a fire pit for s'mores. Very nice. If you have more than 1 family there is an adjoining apartment for rent. I would think of renting this too next time. You won’I would definitely stay here again!

Jerome visit

Property very comfortable with easy parking which is important in Jerome. Easy mile walk to downtown Jerome. Kitchen good for people that like to cook. Beds very comfortable. Nice sitting areas on porch for sitting, visiting, and enjoying the view. Owners very responsive to questions. Would certainly stay here again. Enjoy your visit.

Fantastic Choice

I can't say enough about how wonderful this home is when visiting the Jerome/Cottonwood area. The location is very nice, a brief drive of about a mile to Jerome and about 10 minutes to Cottonwood. The view off the deck overlooks Jerome and the Cottonwood valley, just beautiful. The home itself is beautifully decorated with many amenities not always present in rental homes. Fully stocked kitchen with ample "extras" if you want to cook/prepare meals. Coffee makers include Nespresso, Drip, Keurig and French Press. Garage use is allowed (I have found this rarely in rental homes) and open living room dining room kitchen makes relaxing very enjoyable. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Beautiful home in Jerome.

This home is beautiful. It is perfect for your stay in Jerome. The views are incredible. The decor is so perfect and cozy. Hosts were accessible and responsive. I would highly recommend this house for your stay. Close to town. Great house! Would love to come back if I’m ever in Jerome again!!

Wine, ghost towns and canyons

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Jerome. We had everything we needed. The rooms are all very nice and the views from the deck are great. We all love coffee and the house had a great coffee bar lineup so we spent mornings on the deck with our coffee making plans. You are about 15 minutes from cottonwood and maybe 35-40 to Sedona. All very easy to get too. Jerome is a great small town with surprisingly good restaurants and cute shops and wine bars etc. (Clinkscale is a must)

Relaxing and comfortable

Cute option with beautiful view overlooking Jerome. We had some amazing mornings—-some with fog &clouds and others with sunshine. A little chilly but made the best of taking it in. Home is comfortable with all you need for a getaway. We ate out for all meals but enjoyed the nespreaso coffee each morning!

Girls get away

This was a great property for us to enjoy the Cottonwood/Jerome area. The porch was private and we drank our morning coffee and everything drinks out there. The property was clean and it was to check in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property.

Amazing home and perfect location.

Beautiful home and perfect location for a short drive from Jerome and Sedona. Not many homes near Jerome were updated and modern- but Brooke and Rachels home was and has everything you need including hassle free parking. The views from their huge balcony were breathtaking. We can’t wait for our next visit.

Beautiful place!

This was a very nice home to stay in with our small family of four and a few extended family members who visited throughout the week. Definitely worth it to rent both the main house and the lower studio for families as it may have been too close for comfort otherwise. The view was amazing, and of course the host/s were exceedingly helpful and responsive when anything came up. Will absolutely work with these folks again.

Brooke's Vacation Rental

The home is perfect. The split level allows for gatherings or privacy if needed. The location is very convenient to both Jerome and Cottonwood, the views are magnificent. I'm looking forward to renting this property again.

One of the best so far!

WOW! This is an amazing place to stay. The views, cleanliness, kitchen stock, towels, linens, bathrooms, furniture, parking, appliances were more than we anticipated. The short drive to Jerome's restaurant and artist district is fun and kind of scary if your not ready for some steep roads. I love how this rental is a great spot to start day trips to Prescott, Sedona, Clarkdale, Cottonwood. Looking forward to staying here again. Communication was also very easy and efficient. Thank you!

One of the better VRBOs we've ever stayed at!

The property itself was perfect! The kitchen had literally EVERYTHING we needed, and even the extras that made our stay feel like home! It was incredibly clean (and adorable on the inside if that matters to you). The space and layout worked perfectly for our family. The neighbors puppers barked quite a bit, however they seemed to stop after 9pm so it didn't interfere with our schedule at all. Easy access to Sedona, although was a bit more of a drive than we expected (totally on us) - it didn't stop us from going there almost every day of our stay though. Jerome is a unique little town that brought lots more people to it than we ever expected to see there. Definitely check out Bobby D's BBQ right down the street- delicious food! Beautiful view from the porch - perfect coffee and/or wine spot! Thanks for welcoming our family and allowing us to call your place home for 5 days!

Perfect weekend!

Lovely environment for visiting Jerome and the area. Very comfy beds and sofa, well stocked kitchen, gorgeous views. Definitely would stay here again. Easily accommodates two couples. Quiet and peaceful.

Wonderful Stay : )

Very pleased with property. Very clean and organized and all the comforts of home!! Jerome is a cool city and filled with history. Are at the Clinksdale and Flat Iron and the Haunted Hamburger. All Wonderful. We hiked And shopped Sedona and drove up to Flagstaff. Every time someone asked us where we were staying and we answered Jerome, their response was a BIG Smile!! Rebekah was the best to work with. No complaints and we would stay at her property again!!
