"The Garden Oasis was perfect for our 3-night stay in Sedona. The house is nestled into a nice, quiet neighborhood, and the Sugarloaf trailhead is only about 4 houses away. The location was convenient to everything. As others have said, it is busy during the day but the traffic dies down at night. It certainly did not wake me and I am a light sleeper. "The property is beautiful. The listing is misleading, as it shows upstairs terrace and a kitchen area which I assume are in the other apartment on the property. The hot tub is fantastic, as well as the yard. The view from the bedroom is breathtaking. The location is close to trailheads (walking distance). The kitchen is poorly equipped: two coffee cups, no silverware, and no plates. There is no way to cook except for a microwave. There is a fridge and a keurig with coffee supplies."
