Neighboring town it’s called Cottonwood was fun too. Quick drive from the property and there is a street with all the nice little local restaurants and shops there. Great area to stay! "

"Communication was great! The place very clean and well equipped. Nice neighborhood, with easy access to anywhere in the area.One recommended on the walkway would be to install solar lights or some kind of lighting for after dark. As the motion light does not come on quick enough."

I usually go in with my own cleaning products to make sure I clean where I stay, but I’m pleased to report that it was absolutely clean in there and you could smell it when you walked in. I would recommend this place if you need a night or two in Prescott. I will be staying again if I’m ever back in town. It ranks highest on my lift of non hotel stays!
