Then once you get the information to be able to check in the place it tells you a unit number. Some of the outlets do not work. The batteries in the tv remote were corroded had to purchase new ones to be able to watch tv. We booked this place going off the fact that it said entire house and we thought it would not have a lot of stairs since I was bringing my elderly parent who...

"We had a great stay! The property is exactly as described/pictured and the hosts have thought of everything! Very clean and well appointed. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook multiple meals, living room and dining area had plenty of comfy seating, and it was a nice central location for access to Attitash and North Conway. Already planning for next year!"

"We reported a strong odor of heating fuel and the host dismissed our concerns to justify denying a refund without coming to the property in person despite living locally. VRBO did the right thing and refunded us but this host left us with a bad taste in our mouths and we will be careful about booking at any of his properties again."

"Very pretty cottage. Everything was very clean and up to date. The steps to the upstairs bedroom were a little hard to maneuver for my husband who has back issues, so we slept on the murphy bed, that was very comfortable. We also would have needed to carry the dogs up the steps. The outdoor area was very nice. We were only there for two nights. Wished we had more time to relax and enjoy. The list of things to do and places to eats was also a nice addition. "
