Love this house!

This house is amazing with plenty of room for multiple families with kids. The property is beautiful and with several of inches of snow on the ground it was a winter wonderland! We had s'mores around the fire, used the jacuzzi and played in the snow. We had the best time!

Family Get Away

My family and I loved staying here!! The home was very clean and spacious for our group of 14. What really awed us was the outdoor area. The deck, the bar area, all of the seating areas, the fire pit, and of course the beautiful gardens and flowers were perfect! The view of the mountains and the privacy were wonderful.

I have been reluctant to provide feedback on this unit, but since you insist... the place has "good bones", but is in serious need of some TLC. The inside of the dishwasher was pretty tough, in need of a good cleaning on its own and the silverware tray had holes in it reducing its capacity and making it difficult to use. The coffee maker leaked every time we made a pot. The general outfit of the kitchen was fair at best, as though a lot of "hand-me-downs" were donated for mixing bowls, pots & pans, utensils and the like. Several members of my party complained that mattresses needed replacing. The master bed shower door was not installed correctly and the shower head looks like it's 50 years old. All the windows needed a good cleaning. Me and my ski club have been taking an annual ski trip for 24 years, the only year we didn't go was 2021 due to COVID. We've been all over the US & Canada, stay somewhere different every year and we always stay in a nice place, often times through VRBO. We are 6 - 8 men, so we require a lot of beds and bathrooms and now there we're getting older, a Jacuzzi is a must after a day of skiing. For the money we spent, Moose Lodge simply did not measure up.

Great house, great location

Had a great family ski weekend with 15pp including young kids. Place was perfectly situated for Bretton Woods, super close, but also quiet and relaxing property. Would love to have seen it in the summer and make use of the outside BBQ. Great communication - would def rent again and highly recommend.

Great Location - some things could be improved

This was a terrific location and a nice property. There were a couple disappointing issues that I'd like to mention for other travelers 1) the TV is based on internet access and the internet access was unreliable which caused multiple disappointing evenings struggling to get the tv to work. 2) we loved having our dog with us but she was attacked and bitten by the owner's dog which was able to run free even while we always had our dog on leash. 3) we were without a dishwasher for the entire week of our stay which was very inconvenient while having a large family present and eating in all but one night.

Beautiful house and property!

We just stayed four 4 nights. Wish it was longer. The house had everything we needed. Location was awesome for snowboarding and the hot tub always makes the trip. Even had a fire and used the outdoor kitchen. Went for a nice walk on the trails with Lucy the resident dog who is adorable. Will bring her some treats next time. The on site Gentleman that takes care of the property was so nice. I forget his name. But he was great! Property management was also so so helpful. Rachael was awesome ! We will definitely like to book again next year!

Hard to beat this property

A very impressive and private property. House was bigger than I anticipated, so much room and places to sleep. The lot is awesome big private yard, private trail down to the river. 4 minutes drive to Omni resort golf course. Just a very impressive place.

We spent the weekend here for the 4th, plenty of room for everybody with amazing views and lots of land to explore. Check in was easy and we had no issues. We had a large group and this place provided us with great space and a great time!

Gorgeous Property

Our family was able to spend the Labor Day weekend at this spectacular home. The grounds are amazing -- it feels completely private and you have wilderness just beyond the front yard area. There are trails to the beautiful river and places to float and wade. The property is VERY conveniently located -- it feels secluded but is close to restaurants, hiking, Bretton Woods and Mount Washington. Pretty perfect. The front garden is a showpiece - a water area surrounded by beautiful landscaping. grill and fire pit. The inside of the house was clean, well appointed and very cozy and friendly. We will be back!
