"We loved the red jacket before it burned down! The townhomes were a good alternative! Everything was great. Staff was friendly and indoor water park was perfect . Air conditioning was a little tricky to adjust but overall worked good. I would recommend and stay again although I can’t wait until renovations are completed for the red jacket hotel so the atmosphere on the grounds is what it used to be. "

"This is a beautiful cabin that is very well equipped with what we needed. The views were beautiful. We loved using the SUP and kayaks, and swimming in the pond. The photos and descriptions were all accurate. I would not hesitate to return, we had a very relaxing getaway. And, it didn't hurt that the weather was beautiful. "

"Mary and Dennis are great hosts, easy access to them if needed. The house was great and the location was on the quiet end of the beach which we liked. The house fit all 11 of us and we didn’t feel cramped. Liked it so much we already booked it for next year. See you in July 2026"

"The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion."

"Great location, beautiful cabin, great host Eric Foley. Lots of beautiful views and scenery. Eric responded immediately to our requests and needs.
