"Perfect for a family of four, very clean. Walkable to playground. Great modern beach house. Very small but has everything you need. Shower room was very popular with our children, barn door to bathroom may not be ideal for everyone. We stay at Folly several times a year and this is a place we would stay again. "

"We had a great stay at this unit. The kitchen/living area was spacious and clean, the outdoor area was lovely and private, and the bbq joint next door was a huge bonus. We were traveling with our baby and needed a crib, which was mentioned in the listing but not in the unit when we arrived, but Kit was able to provide one very quickly."

"The property location is the best. Right off the water. You feel like you are in a different world. Restaurant options in Charleston are incredible. "

"Beautiful, clean cottage! Its recent renovation seems to me to have been done thoughtfully and skillfully. Loved being able to make our usual breakfasts in the full kitchen and the washer/dryer availability. We drove to Folly beach and downtown Charleston in less than 30 minutes from the cottage. Beautiful back yard. Small detail we really appreciated was how well the blinds and curtains worked, as we like feeling assured of privacy when we’re staying someplace new. AC worked great, which isn’t...

"We really enjoying our stay at this fabulous cottage! The walk to the beach was super easy and quick and area is gorgeous! Even my MIL who is 89 had no problem walking to the beach, as it wasn’t far. Plenty of room in this charming cottage for all 6 of us and it was clean and cool. When we had a slight issue, it was rectified immediately and Lisa was super friendly with great communication. What a wonderful week - Highly recommend!"

"This was exactly as it was listed, finding it was a little difficult since it sits behind anonther house. Location was excellent for what all we had planned, short drives to it all! House was very clean, well taken care of and welcoming, perfect for my husband and i! Hosts were amazing at communicating and quick to repsonse to any questions that werent even related to their property! We will definitely come back to this charming cottage! "

"In a quite neighborhood 10 minutes to Folly Beach and 20 minutes to Charleston at reasonable price. Clean, two bedrooms, 3beds, great air-conditioning, grill area and screened in patio. I would stay again. Nate took good care of me"

"Loved our stay! Quiet, cool, relaxing! Interior staircase could be an issue if one is not able-bodied, but exterior stairs are straightforward and a good way to bring in overnight bags. Lovely, cozy space to relax after a day of sightseeing and shopping. We parked our vehicle, utilizing provided parking permits, and walked everywhere we wanted to go. Perfect location south of Broad!! Definitely recommend!!"

"If my doctor would have prescribed a Vrbo for us, then this was exactly what we needed. Everything, and I mean everything, was described spot on in their description. The owners OBVIOUSLY take immense pride in their cottage and it showed the moment we arrived and stepped inside. No detail was left undone from excellent communication/instructions, detergent pods, coffee maker with sweeteners & creamers, freshly made chocolate chip cookies, and even a bottle of wine for our enjoyment. ...

"This was a perfect little home away from home! Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Plenty of kitchen supplies. So close to many beach accesses! Very clean and well decorated. We just loved our time and would absolutely stay here again!"
