No descrption of where bedrooms and sleeping couches were. 3. The tv controller was missing so could not watch. 4. We had to search closets for bedding. 5. Didn't find the thermostat controls until next morning. These and other minor problems could be avoided if the was a printed orientation guide for all facilities. "

"We had a great experience at the suite, it’s very big and Jane was always friendly and helpful. The suite is remodeled and everything works perfectly. It’s very nice and spacious. If I had had the heating control would be perfect. "

"Juliette is a wonderful host and her home is clean and lovely - filled with organic and sustainable products and the breakfast was just what we needed after a week of bikepacking around the Cowichan Valley! Highly recommend this as a great way to celebrate the end of an adventure."

"The room did not have blinders. The staff will speak very loud continuously that there is always disturbance in the room. They don’t encourage you to use common property - living room etc and this is a single room with attached washroom and they list it as a suite."

"My wife and I have stayed at the Cottage and Castle once before and have both times been extremely satisfied with the friendliness and helpfulness of Christina (the host) Whatever questions we have had to ask, we get immediate assistance! Our room was incredibly clean and organized, the beds were comfortable and the style was very intricate. Absolutely no problems and no negative feedback to give! Thank you for the wonderful stay! We will soon be coming back!"
