"Maggie was quick to respond to any and all questions. The house is perfectly located between Tampa and Sarasota. Pool was fantastic.. clean perfect temp. The house itself could use a little updating, ( the frame to the screen door to the pool area is detached, and the door handle to the front storm door fell off, a few other little things...) but we weren't concerned with it.
