We had the BEST time for our first visit to AMI! The property itself was large, clean, and had everything you’d need! The location was fantastic! Right across the street from the beach and beach chairs included (which was a PLUS for us on saving room in the car driving 6 hours). Cannot wait to return and will definitely book through Will again!

We stayed in this condo for 3 nights. Check in was easy, condo was clean. The owner has a cooler, water floats and a beach umbrella you can use. Makes this a very convenient stay. The location is excellent. Close to most everything and the trolley picks up right out front. Will definitely come back to stay again.

This was our first family vacation and we were very happy with this property! The property owner was responsive and clear in communication. The property size was perfect for our family of 4 and I loved the screen porch area. Beach was across the street. Restaurants were walking distance. Parking was not a problem. Would definitely book again if we are back in that area again!

This is a convenient place to stay--close to the beach and restaurants. We walked to putt-putt and shops. Our son informed us the fold-out sofa was not comfortable, but they never are. It has a large bedroom with connecting bath. The kitchen is also very large and well-equipped. Overall, a nice place to stay.

The Condo was in a perfect location. Steps to the beach, steps to the free Trolley which was amazing to use to get around and see all of the Island. Was a perfect location!

Great condo with a quick walk to the beach and a beautiful view of the sunset. Condo was clean with the exception of ceilings fans & coffee maker. Also we could very clearly hear conversations in the condo next to us when we were in the living room area. Communication with owner was great. Very responsive and friendly! Would stay here again.

We couldn't have been more pleased with the condo. We plan on returning. It was large and spacious. Trolley was handy. But many options in walking distance. Beach was clean and no seaweed! Everything we needed in the kitchen was there.Enjoyed both pools. Plenty of towels. The bed was super comfy.

We loved the ease of getting into rental since we did not arrive until after 8pm. So nice to have bedding, towels and even beach towels. Loved the bathroom, Especially the shower. Convenient easy walk to a very nice beach and chairs to use. We loved our relaxing time at AMI exactly what we wanted. Thanks for the beautiful rental.

This property is just wonderful! Located right across the street from a beautiful beach and just a block away from some fantastic restaurants! I would highly recommend this property and plan to book it again! Clean, well appointed, very comfortable bed and furniture. The outside porch area was perfect for morning coffee. Very quiet location with plenty of parking options.

The unit pictures perfectly reflect the unit. It is very big and roomy. The lanai is wonderful and you get a great sunset from it. The unit is well appointed and very comfortable. Washer and Dryer worked great. The bedroom was very comfortable. The unit was in perfect shape and very clean. Being able to park inside the parking garage on the ground floor is a great thing. When we left it was dumping rain so it was great to be able to put our luggage and things in the car where it was dry. The main pool is big and the area is nice. There is a pool on the second floor right by the unit that was very nice and easy to get too. We had a minor issue with the shower and contacting the owner was easy and he replied almost immediately. He got it resolved the next day. His handyman was great and polite and was in and out fast. Outstanding. The area is great. The beach is right across the street and a great walking beach. There are lots of restaurants close by and the Publix is a quick drive away. Lots to do and see. Loved the unit. Give it a big A+. Thanks for letting us stay. :)
