"The physical location was great & very convenient. However, the electronic code provided to enter property didn’t work upon our arrival. But, AMI Locals was very responsive in get’n us a code to the manual lockbox to get a key. The only Toilet wouldn’t flush properly upon our arrival, it was obvious someone had recently used the plunger. AMi Locals again was very responsive & sent a maintenance worker by to fix the issue. Smoke detector in guest room kept chirping & needed a battery. AMI...

"The cottage was perfect for my stay! Tom was very responsive and I had everything I needed. Having all the beach supplies was a must for me and they were good quality: the wagon, umbrella, cooler and chairs. Location is perfect from literally across the street from the beach, right by the trolley stops, and across the street from a wonderful wellness spa. He did a nice job getting it back in shape after the hurricane. I would suggest adding a towel bar or two in the bathroom. The patio is large...

"Good location, nice little pool & hot tub. Our condo was a 2 bedroom/ 2 full bathrooms. The bedroom on the left was a tad bigger and stayed cooler. It has a ceiling fan that has a remote to make it faster, which was nice. The bedroom on the right was warmer & the ceiling fan only had 1 setting on low. The bed was very uncomfortable and they definitely need a new mattress in there. The pillows were horrible too. Both bathrooms are ok. Not big, but definitely fine. There were plenty of towels in...

"Great property for a large group. There were many beach chairs, beach bag, and a wagon to use during your stay which made things easy. The pool was shaded and comfortable in the afternoon, perfect for after the beach. Host was very responsive. Highly recommend!"
