"This vacation rental was clean and easy to get to. Easy access to the beach and the free trolley. The trolley will drop you off and pick you up at many convenient locations from the south end to the north end of the island. Many good places to eat and shop. This vacation rental also gives you nice privacy. The owner Jennifer is wonderful. We had a great week."

"Our Anna Maria Island family vacation stay at this fantastic home was a blast! Everything is new and clean, and the decor design and atmosphere feels like it's out of a magazine. Being just a few minutes walk away from the beach meant daily sandcastle-building sessions and family days by the waves. We loved the private pool – it was the highlight of our trip! The bedrooms were comfy cocoons for post-beach naps, and the ensuite bathrooms made getting ready so easy (a lifesaver with kids in tow)....

"Great location. Quick walk to the beach. Not far to Bridge Street. The property was clean and provided what we needed to enjoy our stay. The sunsets were beautiful from the crow's nest and the pool was clean and warm. A couple of suggestions: It would be nice to have a half dozen plastic cups for use by the pool and perhaps a few new beach towels. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and look forward to staying at this property again."

"The property was beautiful and a short walk to the beach! The home looks brand new with high end furnishings. I’d recommend adding rugs at the pool doors to keep the floors from getting wet, add towel hooks in the bathrooms for bath towels and a 2nd refrigerator on the lower level by the pool for entertaining. Overall, we’d recommend this property"

"This home was so much more than we expected! The rooms are very spacious, the living room with the large tv was perfect for our family on the downtime and the kitchen was stocked with EVERYTHING we couldve wanted or needed. There is little storage for food outside of the fridge, but we ate out most nights so it didnt bother us! It was the perfect location, right in the middle of the island and close to Cortez bridge. There is access to a pavillion that overlooks the bay and a beach access...

"I rented this entire house for my sons wedding on Anna Maria Island. Giving 5 stars for this place feels like an injustice. The location is perfect-a short walk to watch the sunrise on the bay or the sunset from the beach. Plenty of parking, but who needs a car when there’s a free trolley right out your door to take you anywhere on the island. No need to pack for the beach. This property provides anything you would ever need, from chairs to towels to beach toys, and a wagon to load it all in....

"Owner’s friend comes by with his girlfriend and decides to entertain while I’m renting the property. Very uncool! Had to ask them to leave since I didn’t know who the were, and really didn’t think I had to share a property I rented"

"Our family (7 adults) recently stayed at Marmalade Mermaid and loved it! Walking distance to our favorite beach as well as our favorite shopping, dining, nigh life locations. House had plenty of room and we loved having 3 full baths as well as an outdoor shower and hot tub. All that and being right across the street from the beach made it the prefect place for our family vacation. We will be back! Dave M"

"Worked out perfect. The oldest kids got their own rooms and the youngest siblings paired off to get bunk rooms. Having enough king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms for the 3 groups of parents was perfect. All families were thrilled with the house and the amenities in the lanai. Grill, pool table, kayaks for the canal, ping pong, mini golf, bar w/ tv, spa, and pool."

"Spacious, clean house, fairly modern amenities. Third story porch was the highlight. Direct view of the dolphin in the morning and beautiful sunsets in the evening. Host extremely responsive, respectful, and thorough throughout all stages of the stay…pre, during, and checkout. Would definitely return and recommend for families or groups."

"The week spent at Angelfish turned out to be a great week after a bit of a rough start. When we arrived the house seemed to need alittle sprucing up which happened as soon as I called and brought attention to the things that needed addressing. Everything worked out in the end. Angelfish is located in a really cute neighborhood. It has a wonderful backyard. The screen porch was used a lot and the salt water pool is wonderful.
