We recently stayed at a property booked through Vrbo, and unfortunately, our experience was incredibly disappointing.We traveled all the way from the Midwest looking forward to relaxing and enjoying the pool, which was one of the main reasons we chose this rental. However, upon arrival, we were shocked to find that the pool had been completely drained. There had been no prior communication or warning from the host about this major issue.Had we known the pool would be unavailable, we absolutely would have booked a different property. It was a huge inconvenience and completely changed the experience of our trip.When I reached out to the host to request reasonable compensation for the loss of a primary advertised amenity, he initially refused to reimburse any portion of our rental fee and stated that I was not “entitled” to compensation. Only after I informed him that I would be escalating the matter to Vrbo did he offer a 200 refund — which doesn’t even equal the cost of one night’s stay. To make matters worse, he also asked me not to leave a review that would “tarnish” his reputation.The lack of transparency, accountability, and basic customer service was extremely frustrating. As guests, we rely on accurate listings and honest communication. A drained pool is not a minor inconvenience — it was the centerpiece of why we chose this property.I hope this review encourages both the host to take situations like this more seriously.

My daughter and I stayed here for a long weekend soccer tournament in the area. It was the perfect location. We had very early morning games and the spot was just a few minutes from the fields. Super convenient to everything we needed, including Publix, dinner spots, the beach! We felt very safe here. It’s a gated community. And the home is exactly as explained and photographed. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. Definitely the beach! We felt very safe here. It’s a gated community. And the home is exactly as explained and photographed. The host had set the place up very nicely with a ton of great information. We were coming into town for our daughter's rugby tournament so between getting in late and leaving early, we didn't have much time to enjoy the townhouse, but my wife did love the bed and said we might need to get one like it.

Came in for a 4 night stay--soccer tournament at Premier Lakewood Ranch. Location was ideal with grocery stores nearby. 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths was infinitely better than the studio hotel rooms we're usually stuck with. And bonus points for washer/dryer. This was such a great unit and provided everything we needed...including a chair to take to the game!! Hosts were responsive and the unit was immaculate. Will definitely be rebooking if we're back for next year!

Clean & Nicely Located

My son (17) & I stayed at the townhouse while he participated in a 2 week program at LECOM. The townhouse was immaculate, nicely furnished, & centrally located for our needs. It was a lovely “home away from home.”

Wonderful stay

We were thrilled to stay in Jeffrey's vacation home, located in a quiet neighborhood near to the wedding we were attending. Although the pool was closed for construction, we still enjoyed using the provided beach chairs to sit out next to the lake & watch the wildlife. Jeffrey was quick to respond and attentive to our needs. Would absolutely stay again.

Nice place!

Beautiful property, safe area, great location to airport and not far from any of the beaches. Also, close to several restaurants. The pool was getting worked on so we didn’t get a chance to use it, which was a bummer. Easy and quick communication with the owners. We would definitely consider staying again

Clean and Plenty of Space

This is a well-located place close to both downtown and beaches, We loved how clean everything was and the fast communication with Matt. Plenty of space in all the rooms and a well-stocked kitchen. We did not use the pool, but the community was quiet and safe. I would recommend it!

Clean and as advertized

The house was just the right size for our visit. It was all in working order and veryclean. It fit our needs perfectly. They were able to accomodate a couple hour earlier check in and a little later checkout. Very responsive

Visit with Family in Bradenton

We were in town for a family birthday celebration. The townhouse was lovely - very clean, comfortable and in a great location with easy access to the Sarasota airport as well as shopping and restaurants. The hosts were very nice and quickly responded to my questions. We will definitely return.

Newly Renovated Town House

The hosts were great to work with and the access to the property was great. The building was clean and was newly renovated well. It wasn't far from restaurants and other stores. It was a great stay and we would stay again the next time that we are in FL.

Wish we could stay forever!

The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! It was clean, perfectly located for easy driving and in an area where we were comfortable taking many walks. The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze. Probably the best I’ve had. We would definitely stay here again! The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Quality bathroom towels & beach towels for the short walk to the pool which was very nicely maintained. This home exceeded our expectations and for us the location was a 10/10. Thank you!

Lovely property

Great 2 br 2.5 ba townhome in gated community. Very clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. Just what my sister and I needed for a long weekend to visit family. We didn’t use any of the amenities in the community so cannot comment on them.
