"This place is awesome! Might have been my kids favorite part of the whole trip (and we visited 3 national parks ). The inside was the perfect space for our family, comfortable and very well appointed. Outside was stellar. Grill, hot tub, plenty of places to sit and unwind, paddle boards and koi fish to feed. My husband and I loved relaxing outside and watching our kids have so much fun in the paddle boards. Highly recommend this place!!"

"Simple yet very nice place on the island. Amazing views from the deck. Was very comfortable for a family of 4 and there was room for one more near the loft. We enjoyed our stay. Just hope the find time to repair the stairs (damaged from weather) so it’s easier to access the beach."

"We love spending time as a family on Lopez Island and Rich and Amy’s place makes that possible. It’s more suited to families with children than 7 adults. Only one bedroom has a closet where it’s possible to hand clothes and one other has a dresser. We stayed 8 days living out of suitcases. The bathrooms are ok and functional, and the kitchen is small but well stocked. The deck is spacious and the distant view is lovely. "This is a beautiful home, suitable for a weekend family getaway.The bedding and kitchen towels weren't organized or clean, so that was difficult.
