"The physical location was great & very convenient. However, the electronic code provided to enter property didn’t work upon our arrival. But, AMI Locals was very responsive in get’n us a code to the manual lockbox to get a key. The only Toilet wouldn’t flush properly upon our arrival, it was obvious someone had recently used the plunger. AMi Locals again was very responsive & sent a maintenance worker by to fix the issue. Smoke detector in guest room kept chirping & needed a battery. AMI...

"I was bitten by an insect the first day I used the pool so I didn’t use it thereafter but not a problem as the beach was so close."

"We had an amazing stay at this Anna Maria Island rental. It was perfect for our family—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully laid out so everyone felt comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to the beach as well as great restaurants and shops. Everything was exactly as described, and we truly felt at home the entire time.
