Amazing place to stay. Very close walk to the beach for a heck of a price. Clear waters, Quite neighborhood, great place to rest and relax!Mrs. Fischer was very accommodating, especially since this trip was put off due to the hurricane’s of 2024. She allowed us to change reservation date to 2025.Already contemplating our next stay!

Great location-5 stars! Really enjoyed having beach towels and kitchen supplies. My family of 4 had plenty of space and would definitely stay again! We rented beach supplies (chairs/umbrellas) but that’s pretty typical and worth it since every day was gorgeous and sunny! Clear communication made it so easy! Thanks!

The Seaside Sanctuary is fantastic! Only steps away from a beautiful beach! We rented the upper level for 7 nights. It is clean, comfortable and has all you need for a wonderful beach trip. The owner is a pleasure to work with and communication with her is great! Anna Maria Island is beautiful. We highly recommend The Seaside Sanctuary.

Location is about as good at it gets. The place is run well and the owners were responsive to questions and communication was excellent. Tough to find flaws based on location and price. Property was well represented by the description.

Great place with convenient beach access

We had a great time staying here. Beach access is super convenient and it was great to have some chairs, towels, a cooler and other beach accessories included with the property. Plenty of restaurants within in a few minutes of the property.

Perfect retreat!

We are fortunate to visit AMI a couple times of year and we enjoyed our stay here more than anywhere else! The proximity to the beach was ideal. The quiet street and neighborhood were perfect with our dog. It was so much safer and easier than the busier sections off of Gulf. The property manager was super responsive to our request and made our stay that much nicer The unit had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable for the 4 of us. The views from the balcony were simply amazing. I would absolutely book here again and recommend it to anyone looking to visit the island!.

Home away from home

We have stayed here multiple times over the years. It was like coming home. Soooo close to the beach. And even with storm Debbie raining on us for 2 days, it was so like home that we just relaxed into the world of rain. Bring your family! You will love it.

Beautiful property

Steps away from the beach, you can see the ocean from the dinning room window. Restaurants within walking distance . Stephanie goes beyond by having extra toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc. We appreciated as publix was very busy and supplies ran out the day we got there. It was a much needed relaxing vacation!

Sweet house with Amazing views!

Seaside Sanctuary a Great place. You can see the gulf from the kitchen, living room, and deck. This is the upper unit and have to access by way of stairs which was no problem for us. A little warm in the main bedroom but it has a great ceiling fan and the bed was comfortable! It was unusually warm for the beginning of May though. Stephanie provided everything we needed. We Didn't need to purchase garbage bags, paper towels, TP. Etc. Check in/check out was super easy. We love AMI and this part of it especially. This has been my favorite of the 4 places we have rented. Loved being that close to the beach. I was a little nervous of doing a duplex but there were no issues with that. The people who stay and rent are respectful of one another. The only complaint is the amount of young people at the beach. Thongs, endless selfies, and loud music is not what this beach has been about in the past. Week days were quieter than weekends thankfully. If you sit closer to the water you only hear waves and see turqoise waters, that was the solution to that. This was a fantastic property and location. Will be back next year! We walked to Bean Point most mornings and were gifted with amazing sunrises, and great wildlife. Saw a Bald eagle on the beach, a few dolphin, many manatees, and a Manta Ray that completely breached the water. Loved watching the pelican's, sand pipers, and the Osprey that nests close by. Rod and Reel has a great breakfast and we love Hurrican Hanks for dinner.

Great Stay at the Sanctuary!!

My wife and I were blessed to rent this property for a quiet and peaceful getaway! The property is in prestine conditions and in a great location! We spent most of the time at the beach which is less than 100 steps from the shore. A true Santuary! Thank you Stephanie for your kindness during the entire process. We are already planning our next visit this year closer to fall. Thank you, thank you!!

Right at the beach

Suited to a couple or a family with 1 or 2 children as the second bedroom has single beds suitable for children rather than 2 adults, however, our son and his girlfriend managed OK. The beach is literally 1 minute's walk and on return there is a hot shower to wash away sand from feet and shoes. We had the upstairs property and so had the balcony that we could use to eat breakfast or use the sun-loungers and enjoy the view. Stephanie, the property manager, was always available and helpful with quick responses to any questions. Plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. If you want a relaxing break this is the place.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in einer wunderschönen Unterkunft, wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und jeden Tag ( fast 3 Wochen) genossen. Die mit großer Umsicht ausgestattete Unterkunft bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Strandurlaub brauchen kann, Strandequipment incl. Badetüchern und Kühltasche, Waschmaschine ( mit Pulver) und Trockner und , eine wunderbare Terrasse mit Meerblick, eine Küche die prima ausgestattet ist und ein sehr bequemes großes Bett in einem Schlafzimmer ebenfalls mit Meerblick. Viele kleine Details und die liebevolle Ausstattung sowie die Umsicht ( Spülmaschinentabs und Müllbeutel vorhanden sowie Toilettenpapier und Küchenrolle vorhanden, ein Kinderzimmer mit Spielzeug und Büchern sowie Sandspielzeug- es fehlte an nichts. Ein Begrüssungsgeschenk und ein netter Brief sowie ein netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin rundeten den positiven Eindruck ab. Wir können diese Unterkunft unbedingt weiterempfehlen und werden sehr sehr gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für eine ganz tolle Zeit !!!!
