    PARKING
    You will have access to a dedicated underground parking spot during your stay. There are additional visitor parking spots in the outdoor parking lot if needed.


    PANORAMA SHUTTLE
    The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM.


    CONSUMABLES
    Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.


    CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
    Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text or the tablet provided on the property if you need us for any reason.

    Lake Windermere Point is a unique place in Invermere because of the pool and beach access. It is also very centrally located in the town making it easy to find food and local shops. Within 15 minutes in each direction, you can find endless things to do in the Columbia Valley.


    Located just minutes from Invermere’s downtown core but also offers the peace and quiet you’d expect from a mountain and lakeside vacation, complete with its million-dollar views.

    James Chabot Beach: Enjoy the convenience of beach access, where you’ll find plenty of picnic tables for eating with the family, shallow water, making it perfect for swimming with the kids and ample space to launch a kayak or stand-up paddle-board.

    Radium Hot Springs: Take a dip in the hot springs and relax while soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling brand new. An experience you won’t want to miss.

    The Whiteway: A 30km multi-use trail groomed for both cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records.

    Greywolf Golf Course: Enjoy this world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada, perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains. Also close by are Windermere Valley Golf Course, The Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.

    The Farmer’s Market: Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning this summer at our town’s local market.

    Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

    HOUSE RULES:
    1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

    2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.

    3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

    4. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

    5. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

    6. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.

We enjoyed our stay! The property is spacious, has cooking supplies, has a view of the pool and lake in the background. We would love to stay here again.

Great central location

Did a golf trip and this place was in the middle of all the courses. Everything was great and the whole group was happy. The view of the mountains from this condo was a plus

Check in and all communications were excellent. Our grandkids loved their time in this area with the swimming pool and also a short walk to a play area and “beach”.The condo is large and well stocked. Personally I think the fixtures and fittings are very much showing their age. We had a variety of important maintenance issues BUT it would be unfair to miss saying that the owner and also property managers were exceptionally quick to respond and try to help.

This property was excellent!

We loved the location and amenities this place had to offer. The place was clean and very nice! My only complaint would be that I did have to clean the deck when we arrived as it was very dirty and the kids couldn’t walk in and out of the house without black feet. This wasn’t a problem for me as there was a mop there. We would definitely come back!

Spacious and clean

The condo was very spacious and had a very homey vibe. The in-suite laundry was convenient. There’s a great mountain view from the deck.James Chabot beach is one block away and a less busy beach (imo) than the in-town beach.Within walking distance you can rent kayaks, canoes or stand up boards to paddle the wetlands or all the way to radium.A short drive and you’re at the radium hot springs not to mention tons of local fishing spots where we caught large mouth bass.One downside was our truck did not fit in the underground parkade and the visitor parking was always full. We had to park on the street but it was super close anyway.Would recommend a collapsable wagon to haul all your things to your room.

Great location, families with young kids will love it. One bed was unsleepable and my son ended up on the couch. Other beds were marginal with foam. No proper patio table/chairs. Barbecue unstable. It's not truly a 3 bedroom. There is an open area with two beds, kid sleeping there were awake as soon as anyone else was up. Overpriced.

Condo is spacious and bright. Location is great, we loved being so close to the lake and having a partial lake view. The hosts are very responsive and pleasant. The bathrooms and carpets could use a renovation. And the beds were all uncomfortable. The twins in the den especially need to be replaced to something sleepable. All the mattresses should be upgraded for this price. Check in and check out were very smooth and hassle free, and the guest portal is nice. The patio is sunny and comfortable. Not the hosts fault, but the pool and hot tub are EXTREMELY busy every hour it’s open it is FULL of people. I thought I would enjoy the pool but it was not appealing, unfortunately. But the lake is great and kind of made up for it.
