    PARKING
    You will have access to the single-car garage and the driveway during your stay for up to 2 vehicles. Please note that the garage space is only big enough for mid-to-low clearance vehicles. Trucks and higher clearance vehicles will need to park on the parking pad.

    CONSUMABLES
    Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.

    CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
    After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days before check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

    James Chabot Beach: A 3-minute drive or 20-minute walk will get you to the beach, where you’ll find plenty of picnic tables for eating with the family, shallow water, making it perfect for swimming with the kids and ample space to launch a kayak or stand-up paddle board.

    Radium Hot Springs: Take a dip in the hot springs and relax while soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling brand new. An experience you won’t want to miss.

    The Whiteway: A 30km multi-use trail groomed for both cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records.

    Greywolf Golf Course: Enjoy this world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada, perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains. Also close by are Windermere Valley Golf Course, The Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.

    The Farmer’s Market: Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning this summer at our town’s local market.

    **Please note that this space is not suitable for users with mobility issues as stairs are necessary to reach all living spaces. **


    To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

    Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

    Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
    * You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
    * You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
    * You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


    HOUSE RULES:
    1. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

    2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.

    3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

    4. Although *non-shedding* pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive cleaning or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.

    5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

    6. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.

Great home base in the heart of the Kootenays.

Beautiful clean, modern townhouse that comfortably sleeps a family with two teens. Close to all the Kootenays and Banff have to offer. Loved our stay.

Great little place

Super great location. Loved the air conditioning.Unfortunately the hot tub was not turned on so we could not use it until the next day.A few of the kitchen frying pans were very dirty. In addition, the kitchen smelled of heavy grease and cooking smells.

Wonderful stay

This was our first stay at a VRBO. We enjoyed the condo and all the space we had. Everything was set up nicely and appreciated the fact that we didn’t have to bring the bathroom necessities. Very close to everything we could walk to. Enjoy our stay.

Great location that is super walkable to downtown Invermere, within 10 mins walking distance of most restaurants. We found the location easy to get to and sufficient parking. There were small issues with the garage door not opening, which wasn’t able to be addressed during our stay. Small details which we let management know asap were dealt with in a timely manner. Myself, my husband, two kids under 5 and my parents stayed at the house and loved the kitchen. It was well equipped and made our stay very comfortable. Overall would come back again and was very happy with our stay here!

Invermere in June

The property was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The beds were great and the bedding and towels were excellent quality. The kitchen had everything we wanted. There are a lot of stairs, so not good for someone with mobility issues. The location, close to the main street in Invermere, was convenient and the community has some nice little restaurants, galleries, and coffee shops. The scenery is spectacular. I would recommend this Aisling Baile property.

I recently stayed at this property, which is close to downtown Invermere, BC, and overall had a good experience. The property was clean, the internet worked well, and the host was very communicative. I appreciated the friendly next door neighbor and the easy access to Pothole Park, plus it’s within walking distance to downtown.However, there are a few areas that could use improvement: the yard needs mowing, the deck requires repairs, and the kitchen’s cold air vent hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Parking is also quite limited—I had an unpleasant encounter with a neighbour when I parked near the unit for a short time.Overall, I would recommend this townhouse depending on your accommodation needs and priorities.
