    LIVING ROOM:
    Surrounded by views of the Purcell mountains and lush greenery, the common room is graced with large windows to enjoy the views and let in plenty of natural light. When the wintery nights land, enjoy the cozy vibes of the gas-lit fireplace while catching up on your latest episodes on the large Smart TV.


    KITCHEN:
    This fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook even the largest meals. The large island includes a sit-up bar with seating for three and a dining table with seating for six.

    Sleeping Arrangements:
    Primary Bedroom: King-sized bed, walk-in closet, ensuite with double sinks, in-floor heating and stand-up glass rainfall shower.
    Bedroom 2: Queen bed and a closet
    Bedroom 3: Double-over-double bunk bed with a single trundle bed, large window, and a closet


    BASEMENT:
    Shake up your own signature cocktail in the basement`s wet bar while watching the game on the 75-inch Smart TV or playing PacMan


    PATIO:
    Enjoy your private backyard space complete with a 4-person dining set, BBQ (propane`s on us!) and a hot tub.


    LAUNDRY:
    A washer and dryer are available for your use. We keep the laundry room stocked with laundry pods and bounce sheets you can use.


    PARKING:
    You will have access to a single parking spot in the driveway (please note the garage is not included.) If you are travelling with additional vehicles, to ensure that there are no vehicles impeding the neighbour`s driveway, we kindly ask that you park in one of the designated visitor parking spots or along 7th Ave. Any spot not directly in front of a driveway is a visitor parking stall in the complex. Please note that these spots are extremely limited, so we recommend carpooling as much as possible. Additionally, note that the parking of trailers is prohibited in the complex. If you require trailer parking, please contact us prior to booking.



    CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
    After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

    We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

    CONSUMABLES
    Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.


    Invermere - a town that most only believes exists in fables and folklore until they come to visit. Nestled between the famed Rocky and Purcell Mountain ranges, this small town is the perfect vacation destination for any time of year on stunning Lake Windemere. The summers here offer endless water sports options, hiking, and exciting mountain adventures. In contrast, the winter provides every kind of winter sport you could imagine, from skiing to boarding and even heliskiing. There’s also a diverse and delicious array of restaurants, spas, and other attractions to satisfy any traveller.

    When you stay with us you’ll be close to

    ● Incredible golfing amongst the mountains: If golfing is your game or even if you think you’d like to try your hand at swinging the clubs, there’s truly no better place than Invermere. When you stay with us, you’ll be close to some of Canada’s most renowned courses, such as Copper Point Golf Club, Eagle Ranch Resort and famed Grey Wolf Golf Club, all within a short driving distance.

    ● Kinsmen Beach (2 min walk): Plan a beach day at this beautiful outdoor space, where you can swim, paddle or boat surrounded by the mountains. There’s also space to picnic and burn off some energy at the children’s playground. Plenty of parking is available.

    ● The Farmer’s Market: Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at the Invermere Farmer’s Market.

    ● Radium Hot Springs (17 mins): In less than 20 minutes, you can be at Radium’s famous natural hot springs. Here you can plan to head over with the family and experience soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

    ● The Whiteway (2 mins): If you’re visiting during the winter, do not miss out on experiencing The Whiteway - a 30km multi-use trail groomed for cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records. You can find an access point at Windermere Beach and Kinsmen Beach.

    You can walk to downtown Invermere in a few minutes and be around some of the best restaurants in the Valley!

    The location is walkable to the area`s top amenities, but a car is recommended to explore the full Valley.


    To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

    Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

    Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
    * You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
    * You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
    * You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


    HOUSE RULES
    1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

    2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 8 people.

    3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

    4. No pets of any kind are allowed on the property.

    5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

    6. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.

    7. Please note that the parking of trailers is prohibited in the complex. If you require trailer parking, please contact us prior to booking.

Perfect Getaway

Perfect Stay with The Boys

Our golf group of 16 friends have been coming through Invermere and surrounding areas for the last 4 years and have stayed many places. See newly built properties were absolutely perfect to split up our golf teams and accommodate some of the best stays we have experienced so far. With their wide array of sleeping arrangements, newly stocked home items, and common spaces to gather, I would strongly consider recommending, as well as, staying at these properties again!! Jerod and Aisling Baile were very accommodating with some items we had questions on and were excellent in communicating promptly.We look forward to our return trip next year and hopefully are able to stay with Aisling Baile again!

family day weekend 3 nights

Stayed three nights for the family day weekend. We were a group of 7, 5 adults and two small children. The unit was incredibly well stocked one of the best I have ever rented. Beds were comfortable. I stayed in the bottom bunk, which was great. Could use possibly some bedside tables or even small dressers to put your stuff in. The showers were good. The bathrooms were well stocked lots of nice towels. The entertainment in the basement was fun. Would rent the place again for sure.

February Ski Vacay

Spent 6 nights at the property. Everything was exactly as advertised. Super comfortable place. Great beds. Hot tub was awesome. Kids loved the arcade in the basement. Had 10 games. So nice to have separate spaces for everyone. Very modern. Dishwasher, fridge, stove were all top notch. Communication with Aisling Balie was seemless and always very quick. Would recommend 100%.

Summer Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The name of the place caught our attention and the decor was styled to our liking! The minute we walked into the place we liked everything about it! The primary bedroom was very comfortable and roomy and the master bathroom was bright and spacious! The beds were comfortable and cozy. The kitchen had all the necessities we needed to make some gourmet meals. The location of the condo was perfect with a short walk to the beach and within walking distance to downtown and all the shops! The hot tub was a nice feature but the weather was extremely hot when we were there so we only used it a few times later in the evening. We were grateful for the air conditioning which made it comfortable to keep cool. We really enjoyed our time ant Hidden Libations and all it had to offer and will definitely be back!

The condo is nicely laid out and in a great location. I would have loved to give this 5 stars but there were issues. The upstairs was very hot even though the condo was air conditioned. I messaged needing fans (plural). One was delivered, about a 14" square fan that needed to be put on a dresser or something. The rooms have no dressers. Only one was delivered, we needed 3. We found that the second bedroom's bed is up against the wall and covering the floor vent therefore no cold air was reaching it. We pulled it away from the wall. All three bedrooms could use better window coverings. The blinds let in a lot of light. The beds in the main suite and the 2nd bedroom were okay but left our backs sore being too soft. We had an issue with the stove right hand element not working. Again I messaged and a crew came out while we were out. They said that the right hand was working and to use proper pots. I assume only proper pots were in the condo. We tried several times to get the element to work. We tried 5 times with it shutting off before having it work successfully. I messaged back to mention this. We never heard back. We put our 11 year old granddaughter in the hot tub on the Thursday morning. She suffers from rheumatoid arthritis. Her dad stood outside the tub keeping her company. Our daughter went out and saw one of the jets was shooting across the tub so she leaned in to adjust it and got shocked. We had to fight to get someone out to fix it.
