"We loved the property. The access to the ocean was amazing! I also spent many hours on the patio listening to the waves and enjoying the ocean breeze. The location cant be beat. Everything you need right outside the front door. The kitvhen had everything needed to prepare meals. Plenty of towels and bedding for a family if 4. The bed was very comfortable. Loved having a full-sized washer and dryer in the room. We will be back! "

"Very nice condo. You can see the ocean as soon as you open the front door. Everything worked fine, no problems at all. Great view from the balcony and we got to see a rocket launch at 4:26 am. Lihua is a great host and was always available to answer any questions. Highly recommended. "

"Loved the easy beach access and availability to borrow chairs! Pool and rooms were clean. Quiet resort with helpful staff. Late check in was smooth. Missed some of the amenities of a larger resort but that’s the trade off. Loved our stay and would definitely return."

"Last minute decision to go to Cape Canaveral for a weekend, it was a nice place to stay, very clean and comfortable. A short walk to the beach and the condo was very quite. "

"Lovely property. Condo was nicely furnished and well stocked. We met friends there and had a very nice time on the beach, enjoyed the pool, ate at the pier. We also door dashed a few meals with no issues and very timely. "

"We greatly enjoyed our stay over 4th of July!!!! The condo was very clean, well decorated, and had the most comfy beds and couch! The condo was so well stocked with literally everything you may need…beach towels, wagons, mini coolers, beach chairs, you name it! The building is an older building, however when you step inside the condo you forget about it being older with how well taken care of “pretty” the inside is. I think our favorite part was not having to hike miles to get to the ocean/sand!...

"The unit is clean and beautifully maintained, with everything thoughtfully organized. The location is excellent—very quiet and just steps from the beach. The beach itself is clean and uncrowded, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. At the same time, you’re only minutes away from Cocoa Beach’s best spots and restaurants. The host is also fantastic—quick to respond and very attentive to guest requests."

"The room was very clean and cozy. TV had all apps access. Only complaint was our loud neighbors that got in a fight at 2am until 3am. Otherwise the stay was very enjoyable"
