"In this hostel,I'm not even getting my keys, later not even wifi password after asking too , from the very first day room smells terrible the lights were not working, till date I'm adjusted , no cleaning done at all before too and talking about the fan it's too old not giving proper spinning so really hard to survive without daily needs things after paying this much ,I'm using a big white light only they are not that cooperative when you go and try to speak with them..."

"We didn’t receive what it showed in pictures Rooms were dirty especially bathroom was disgusting. It smelled like cigarettes in the room I went with my gf and they disappointed me by giving me such a filthy room and I paid top price for it after seeing the pictures and knowing it would be an amazing stay for us. Overall it was waste of money and time. We didn’t even stay there and left the place "

"Each time am in Mumbai am staying for a few days in Mantra Hostel and the moment am reaching it after the long journey I have the feeling of being "back home". The staff are excellent: kind, helpful, patient. Rooms are very clean as well as beds and bathrooms. The very location is cool as well, offering a quick access to the airport, train stations or long distance bus stops. Also, the travellers who choose Mantra are mostly very friendly, inspiring and energetic, it is easy to make friends here...
