Spacious & centrally located

The home was very spacious and had many little touches that made this listing stand out compared to many others we’ve been to. They had an Xbox with family friends games, lots of board games ranging from 4 y/o to adult, and a bin of toys our kiddo loved playing with. This space was clearly meant for families and easily held 5 of us. Only 15 minutes from king city beach, and within 5 minutes of multiple restaurants and beaches.

Perfect property in Incline Village

Stayed here for three nights and could have easily stayed a week. Very close to everything Tahoe has to offer. The Creek outback puts this place over the top. You cant duplicate that sort of ambient sound. Very relaxing

Perfect home for family vacation

Beautiful and spacious home for our family of 5 to relax in as we enjoyed the snow during spring break! Home included just about everything you could need, including baby items--the gates were super helpful for the stairs:) It was magical seeing the snow fall out on the deck and hearing the creek run at the same time. Definitely want to come back in warmer weather!

Absolute tranquillity

This property was THE perfect Lake Tahoe getaway. Comfortable, cozy and truly perfect. The kitchen had everything you needed and more! Absolutely amazing!! Olga was the perfect host. I will definitely be back.

Peaceful Cabin

Was very family friendly with kids toys, the kids room, and the layout of the home. The amenities were well thought out, and it was really nice that there were some condiments in the kitchen for our use (sometimes it really is the little things) The home was clean and our toddler loved being on the back deck getting to see and hear the creek.

Such a great place and location. Loved river running right behind off the patio. Great place to drink your morning coffee. Home was stocked with everything we needed. The area surround was so beautiful. I’d highly recommend staying here. Thanks Olga !

Great experience!

The house was very clean and well furnished. Owner communicated very well and the property was exactly as advertised. Beautiful surprise when we arrived with a personalized note and treat waiting for us. Comfortable beds and we are already looking to book the same place for next year!

We had a wonderful time in the region and at this rental unit. Olga is a wonderful host. She was attentive, knowledgeable, reasonable, thoughtful and organized. We never actually met, but never did need to. We got what we hoped for in this transaction.

Clean, Peaceful & Convenient

I visited Olga's place with my parents, and my mom, who is notoriously picky, absolutely loved the place and thought it was immaculate. Our favorite feature was the creek running in the back (best spot to have your coffee in the morning) and I appreciated that it was a 10-minute drive or less to groceries, several hikes, and Sand Harbor Beach. The proximity to Sand Harbor means that you'll have the best chance of getting a parking spot early in the morning! We didn't have kids with us, but the home is filled with everything you could think of to entertain people of all ages from video games, movies, and toys. We would definitely stay here again for our next visit.

Wonderful deck

Enjoyed our time spent at the property and in the area. The creek running behind the property was wonderful sitting on the deck and listening to. Property was well equipped and a minor problem was attended to immediately. We left early only because of Hurricane Hilary and we felt we needed to get home prior to it hitting. We made it just in time.

Lovely place for family vacation

The hosts were extremely helpful with communication. The place was great for a family, and had safety gates on the stairway which were perfect for us traveling with our toddler grandson. They easily accommodated us arriving a couple hours before check-in time, since the place was already cleaned and ready, which was much appreciated. Great location, beautiful sound of the stream in the backyard. Would definitely book here again!

Convenient location in Incline Village

Nicely placed in an isolated cul-de-sac with a raging river behind it. Very easy to find every thing in the house, which stayed cool even when it was hot outside. Facilities like the pool and laundry machine was much appreciated. Host was really easy to communicate with.

Perfect accommodation for our needs!

Having the creek outside was serene and a great noise buffer from neighbors (couldn’t hear anything). We ate all meals on the patio and loved being surrounded by nature. Well stocked house for young kids and they loved the pool and grassy area out front. Appreciate being able to use the private beach pass once too. Olga was super responsive and very helpful! Would definitely go back!
