Winter vacation

This is a very comfortable and roomy house which is close to skiing and shopping. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. The house has lots of amenities which made our stay very enjoyable.

Great home for our group!

This home is one of the best we’ve rented amongst our annual friends trip. There is ample space for everyone, both inside and outside the home. Location is also great - not on a super busy street and close enough to main road right near Lake Tahoe. We really enjoyed our stay!

Fabulous stay

We loved our stay at this beautiful home! It was perfect for our extended family. Everything was as described. The kitchen was well appointed and the home very clean. We really enjoyed the game room. The best!

I’ve stayed in rentals all over Tahoe and this was hands down my favorite! From the layout of the house, to the location, to the cleanliness and upkeep, to all the fun things in the rental, we were truly impressed. Not once did I say, “I wish we had…” which I say at almost every place we stay. We traveled with two families with kids ages 2-15 and from the shuffle board, to the Xbox, to the basketball hoop, they were the happiest. Less than a mile from Starbucks and the grocery store and 6 minutes from Diamond Peak, I loved this place. Thank you to all the work that goes into maintaining it and all the people that stay and care for it so that it continues to be great for the next people.

Fantastic option for a multi generational family time in Tahoe

We stayed at Catherine’s place during the Xmas long weekend with family which included kids and grandparents. The house was perfect, pretty close to the ski slope, walking trails, the lake, and the town for restaurants and groceries. The details and amenities in the house made us feel like our own home. Everything was thought through and meticulously organized. We will come back again!

Perfect vacation getaway

Amazing vacation house with lots to do indoors and out! There is a large yard with plenty of area for sledding and snowman building. Lots of sight lines to the yard to keep an eye on kiddos. The bedroom wing of the house is on the opposite side from the game room, so after the kids went to bed we had an amazing time playing games as loud as we wanted! There is shuffleboard, pool, and foosball. Great times had by all, thank you for a lovely stay.

Great Place

Our family had a good time staying here. It did get cold here and there as there is. Draft running through the house we couldn’t figure out. The beds are extremely hard, I did not sleep well at all. Other than that we had fun in the game room, & my kids had fun in the snow.

A must-stay

The best winter experience I’ve had. Let’s start with location. Prime and close to stores and a cute little restaurant and bar for the family. The home is cozy. Like, Home Alone cozy. we had such a good time. It literally was a home that we borrowed from a family. Well kept and had all the pots, pans, utensils etc.

My family has been renting up in Incline for the past 15 Years . And this house blew us away !!! The owner was so nice , the house was super clean and beautiful and huge !! We plan on coming back as long as you will let us !! Lol

Great house. We really enjoyed the game room without adult children.

We had a great experience staying at this home. We came with our whole family for our sons graduation from SNU. The home was clean and well stocked. The owner, Catherine, was fantastic. She got right back to us with any questions we had. The only recommendation for vacationers is that you bring your own washcloths as those were not provided. The only recommendation I have for the owner is maybe some patio furniture or lawn chairs as the deck is so nice to sit out on. There were only three chairs for the deck. I highly recommend this place. We have stayed at several places in Incline while our son attended college there and this was one of the most comfortable. The beds were comfy and so was the large couch. It was furnished very nicely. The best part was the game room. My family really enjoyed the shuffleboard and pool table. It made for a fun weekend.
