Perfect House

This property was perfect in every way. If you like quiet and serene, this is it. The property was very clean, organized, and wonderfully decorated. Any thing that you could be looking for is provided. Every room in the house had a beautiful view of the lake, even the garage. The hostess was very accommodating. We will definitely be back! Love, love, love it.

Beautiful Cabin with a Superior Lake View

We had a wonderful long weekend staying in the Martini home. The view is spectacular from every room in the house and even better on the deck overlooking the lake. The house is spacious and the kitchen well stocked. The bedrooms were perfect for our family of six adults to allow privacy and there was lots of space for us all to be together. The location was super convenient to Incline and not too far from Tahoe City. Samantha was very responsive when I had a question. We would definitely stay there again.

It's all about the view!

No matter where you are in this lovely home you can enjoy the beauty of Lake Tahoe. Every family member spoke of the comfortable beds and the spaces for gathering as a group or enjoying solitude when wanted. Owner is very accommodating and is excellent at communicating and responding to any questions.

Lake Views - Beautiful Deck

Beautiful home, great location, plenty of space to be together and also have privacy. Close to everything. Owner very accommodating. Parking for only three cars, but this is known upfront and comes with the home being on a hill with beautiful views. Our group had an 89-year-old and a 1. 5-year-old and all were happy. Only complaint, could use a hot tub!

Great Trip to Tahoe

Home was nice and location was great as well. It had everything we needed. There is no A/C for summer visits but that is rare in area to have it anyways. We would stay here again given the opportunity in the future.

Oh the View!!!

This Multi-level home was very comfortable for our family. Well stocked kitchen. 15 minutes to diamond peak, 15 to north star and 20 to mt rose. Clean home and comfortable beds.

Beautiful, rustic just like home vibes with a spectacular view of the lake!!!! Loved this location!

This house made my family and I feel at home. It feels very rustic and cabin like. The wood burning fireplace was fantastic. We sat in the kitchen around the fire every night. Would really like to come back during the summer months and enjoy that back deck! Amazing views of the lake. Beautiful to wake up to or watch the sunset. Perfect location to get to all areas surrounding the lake. We enjoyed the closeness of the local nightlife while having peace and quite in the peaceful neighborhood. The bedroom layouts were great. Gave each couple some privacy while also enjoyed sharing the common areas. Enjoyed the sauna in the master. Really wanted to use the jet tub, but the jets looked like they could use some TLC. Very friendly owner. She allowed us to take some of her big pine cones! Loved seeing all the trees. We drove to Calvareas Big Tree park to check out the grove of sequoias. So much to do in this area! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!!

Superb View and Deck

We thoroughly enjoyed this home and view! The bedroom set up was perfect for two older couples and two younger couples. As you wake up in the elevated master bed your gaze is immediately drawn out the large windows to the tall pines, sun peeking over the mountains, and lovely Lake Tahoe. There is plenty of room for separation if someone needs it. We had a few still having to work remotely. There is an oversized two car garage for parking plus one on the street. My family loved staying here and would definitely rent it again!

Martini House

We had a great trip for 10 nights at the Martini House in July. Samantha, the owner, was very responsive every step of the way. The house has a very nice layout and plenty of room. The Master bed was very comfortable and loved waking up to that fabulous view each morning. Great location between Incline and Kings Beach. Absolutely loved and enjoyed the large deck and the best part of the house. Great views and spacious and amble seating for all our guests. We cooked out on the grill almost every night and it worked great. Inside could use some minor TLC. I would stay again for sure.

Beautiful lake view retreat

Loved the property. Beautiful deck overlooking Lake Tahoe. All rooms had view of the lake with separate balconies. Close to beach, walking trails, and stores. Owner was very responsive. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again for another family retreat.

Crystal Bay

The house was in a great spot overlooking the beautiful, clear lake. The sunrises and views of the stars were great from the back deck. Easy drive to both Incline Village and Kings Beach. We had a great time.

Amazing Views

We had a wonderful time staying at the Martini House! Upon arrival, Samantha greeted us, making us feel very welcomed. The house is warm and inviting- from the dreamy beds to the furniture and of course, all the amazing views from almost every room. We felt like we were staying in a postcard. Great lake view home, clean and absolutely beautiful craftsmanship

Last minute decision to flee the smoke over Thanksgiving and what a great place! Not only did we get to experience a few days of snow, but we enjoyed some cozy days and nights overlooking Lake Tahoe. Beautiful views. The moon actually rose right over the mountain on the other side of the lake. Comfortable home, liked the small touches of water by the bed, spices, cooking essentials that were supplied. Bedding was super comfortable,think it was Restoration Hardware! Cannot wait to rebook it in the summer to take advantage of the giant deck. Samantha was easy to deal with and actually walked us through the house to make sure we didn't have any questions. Great vacation all around
