Great Place!

Great family place very clean and updated. Kid friendly for ages 6 & up. Close to town, lake, restaurants, and ski slopes. Parking is tight and it’s hard to access driveway if you have a truck or large SUV during winter in snow. Overall would recommend this rental.

Excellent Stay

Great location and home with everything you need. We flew into Reno and were worried we would have to buy/rent all our beach gear, but this home has everything you need for the beach (cooler, 2 chairs, plenty of beach towels). And it’s near Sand Harbor and shuttle access. The wall A/C coolers definitely help cool down the second and third floors. Overall a wonderful place to stay. Meghan, our contact host, was excellent communicating and attentive during our stay.

great location

The property is in a great location parking was a little of an issue where the parking spot was mostly in use by others. The property is clean but dated. We did have difficulty getting into the property the code was different that was indicated. We struggled to get in touch with the property manager so it was a rough start. Over all we had a great time and enjoyed the stay.

Incline retreat

We loved our stay at this Incline Village retreat. Excellent location (~1 mile from Diamond Peak ski resort) so very easy drive to and from our ski adventures. This place was stocked with all the comforts and extras you’d need, which we realized we really appreciated! Every bathroom stocked with soap, full-size shampoo/conditioner/body wash and body lotion. Laundry detergent, dish soap etc. Just nice to know we didn’t have to run out to buy as of course we forgot our shampoo. The mud room upon entry to the condo is ideal to drop all your ski gear and not have to lug it all upstairs. Laundry room is conveniently located off the entry way mud room to wash right away if needed. One room and bathroom is on the first level. You walk up stairs and enter the main living space. We enjoyed the somewhat open kitchen space and bar seats. Kitchen stocked with some oils and condiments. Main room has just the right amount of puzzles and games that our kids had fun with. We also loved the layout with the other bedrooms up yet another set of stairs. My parents stayed downstairs and we stayed upstairs (3rd level) with our two kids. There is a sliding door that you can close but we left open. Our kids LOVED the full-size bunk beds and again, very convenient to have the bathroom right there adjacent to our rooms. Overall, we had such a lovey stay, felt very comfortable and taken care of. Would definitely stay again! The downfall is one outdoor parking spot and most groups have more than one car but we worked it out. Definitely recommend considering this place for a stay in Incline Village!

Lovely house and location

The house was wonderful for our stay. We particularly enjoyed all the games for kids. Also, some rental properties are sparsely equipped for visitors; this house has the little things like containers to store leftovers. Little things make for a lot of convenience! The location is perfect for skiing!
