"River Dance cottage is a comfortable.clean and well presented holiday stay. The owners go to great lengths to ensure you feel welcome, and also have everything you need. "We had everything we needed to make our stay a really good one. The bed was really comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. Everything was catered for kitchen wise. Hob, microwave, toaster, kettle all in excellent order. The staff were lovely. Kirsty and Leah in particular could not have been more helpful. Thank you to Deuce for making our stay a great one."

"Lovely place to stay. Was just the two of us. We would say 2nd bedroom is suitable for children rather than infants or adults, due to steep stairs, and layout of the room. Teenagers would love it I'd imagine. Only thing that let it down slightly was the small seating area outside. Just needs a little TLC. A quick sweep out would have helped. Other than that Masham and this property well worth visit, if maybe slightly over priced."

"Location worked well for us. Small room with en-suite. Out the back for a country pub. Ample parking nearby. Room not great at keeping noise out - could hear footsteps overhead from residents upstairs and voices carried across the count yard late at night. "The owner, Heather, was very welcoming and hospitable. Heather was informative about the local sites and places to visit. A peaceful location outside Skipton. Well appointed accomodation, although be challenging for less mobile guests due to the stairs and bathroom, however there is a stair lift to help. Good wifi and lovely to be given welcoming custard tarts and butterscotch toffees."

"Very friendly reception from the landlord Gareth who provided a most enlivening atmosphere in the Duke of Wellington ie a darts match for the men and Easter wreath making for the ladies. No food unfortunately but we found an excellent Italian restaurant in nearby Northallerton. The courtyard room was clean and comfortable, marred only by a very awkward shower - not easy to enter, due to lack of space."

"The cottage was beautiful, very clean with everything we needed. It was so peaceful! Hot tub was brilliant, so relaxing first thing in the morning watching the sunrise. Hosts were fantastic, great communication and really helpful. There were so many lovely places to visit in the surrounding area. Our favourites were Pately Bridge, Brimham Rocks and Stump Cross Caverns. We would definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to everyone!"
