We had everything we needed to make our stay a really good one. The bed was really comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. Everything was catered for kitchen wise. Hob, microwave, toaster, kettle all in excellent order. The staff were lovely. Kirsty and Leah in particular could not have been more helpful. Thank you to Deuce for making our stay a great one.

Great central location, rooms and amenities- little kitchen was a bonus. You have to download an app for the key code, but very easy. Room has a fan as no aircon, and this was fine. We were in front of building so had to keep windows closed at night as a lot of ‘people’ noise when open- silent when shut (great soundproofing). Carpark is a minute walk around the corner. Would highly recommend staying here.

This is a very well located hotel with stylishly furnished rooms and very comfortable beds. The kitchenettes in the rooms are handy - and there is a tesco express across the road. However, the first room we were allocated had an absolutely terrible damp smell. Luckily we were able to reach management via phone (despite it being 10pm) and they gave us a different room, which smelt fresh. This was fine for a couple of nights, but we wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer because the room didn’t have windows - just a skylight. Also, there didn’t seem to be a working fan in the bathroom.

Perfectly functional and well served hotel in central harrogate. Would be useful if some kind of parking deal was available, but otherwise superb. Note - no lift.

Super convenient and easy if you just need somewhere to lay your head in the area. No frills but lovely apartment, freshly refurbished and spotlessly clean. Comfy bed and super convenient location. Perfect for my business trip.

Great apartment and location. We were at the front of the building on a Saturday night, so it was very loud until the early hours with people going to Mcdonalds (directly opposite) after their night out. This was ok for us but maybe not others.

Great location in the centre of Harrogate, 2-3 mins walk to shops and bus and train station Downside to being in the centre of town is parking very expensive, but we did manage to find free parking on Duchy Road 15mins walk away if you don’t mind carrying your bags The apartment itself was very clean, and very good quality, we had everything we needed and more, great to av a fridge n small freezer in this hot weather, a fan and free water was even provided, we didn’t use them because we were so in the centre of town but there were cooking facilities too Great stay, would definitely recommend

Maybe book the next level up of room. It was great, but had the smallest window that would not open (room and 104), so it be room was super warm! A fan was provided, but a bit of fresh air would have been welcome.

In general we enjoyed our stay in the Aparthotel. It is well located, and despite the hot day, the room was a comfortable temperature, with a fan provided. The one disappointment was that at 02.05 the fire alarm started to go off and this was not rectified until 03.00. Reading other comments, this seems to be quite a common occurrence at the hotel. A real shame as we had to leave the hotel at 0600 to go to the airport, so our stay was badly disrupted. I would be willing to give the hotel another chance.

Very nice apartment - clean and tidy. When I arrived I did however find the room open and pillows lying on the floor (bed made). Only thing to note is that if you are facing the front - it can be noisy as McDonalds (open 24hrs) is opposite which woke me up a couple of times as I was staying on Friday night. Other than that a nice room at good value.

Lovely apartment, immaculately clean and easy to access. Great location , plenty of nearby parking. Thankful for the extra touches from the host on a very hot weekend, yes there isn't any air con but most hotels in this area don't have it. A super powerful fan was provided, blinds were kept closed and ice cold water supplied as well as a thin sheet to use instead of a quilt if preferred. Comfy bed , nice shower. I'm knocking a star off as the noise was pretty bad, as others have mentioned it is opposite a (24hr) McDonald's... we probably had it a bit worse as it was the night of the England match so lotssss of drunken people until even 6am! However we would stay there again with ear plugs :)
