Timeshare living is one of the most effortless and affordable vacation options. For example, on-site assistance, no cleaning (or cleaning fees) or significant expenses that come with renting an entire property. I'll provide all you need to know, so you can refer back to the particulars once your booking is confirmed. Whether you seek vacation for family fun times, are a couple desiring a romantic getaway, or vacationing solo in search of delightful adventures or relaxation time, this is the perfect week to book your stay at the Courtyard Resort in Hyannis.

The resort is excellently located within walking distance of several beaches and a short drive to others. Craigville Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the U.S. Hyannis is famous for being a terrific little town for strolling its historic Main Street, the center of all the activity day or night. Quaint shops, spectacular restaurants, outdoor cafes, the Kandy Korner, Ben & Jerry's, and so much more are all within a minute's walk from your timeshare suite. The Main Street Waterfront District also features many retail shops, art galleries, and various styles of live entertainment at local restaurants are abundant.

Cape Cod Railroad, mini-golf, and the JFK Museum are nearby. Your stay in Hyannis would be complete with a beautiful 15-minute walk to the docks and the deep-water harbor.

STUDIO AMENITIES:
This studio timeshare is the perfect accommodation for up to 4 people, with a comfortable queen bed. If more than 2 people stay in the studio, the living area has a sleep sofa couch suited for adults and children. Extra sheets, blankets, and pillows are in the closet. The room has a kitchenette with all the necessary amenities, making it easy to whip up a quick meal or snack. The room also features a shower/bath, small balcony, and A 20" Flat Screen HD television. Stay connected with in-room WiFi and use the table and chairs for work or dining.

Your stay will be comfortable, affordable, and easy-living with amenities like :

RESORT AMENITIES:
The resort likewise has amenities to add to your dream vacation, offering an indoor pool and whirlpool. Shake up your meal plans and have a BBQ feast at the outdoor picnic tables in the courtyard and grilling area just beyond the pool. It's a great place to meet vacationers.

Laundry facilities are on North Street and Barnstable Road, a short distance from the resort.

There is a housekeeping unit with everything you need, including clean linen and towels. Feel free to ask to borrow the vacuum cleaner for a mid-week refresher.

CHECK IN AND RESORT ACCESSIBILITY:

To book and check-in, guests must be 18 or older with a valid ID and credit card. A credit card is required at check-in for incidentals.

Check in begins at 4:00 pm
Sorry, but there are no exceptions to this. Park your car and head out on the town! Leave a note on your vehicle's dashboard stating you will be checking in.

Check out: By 10:00 am
You can leave your car in the parking lot and enjoy your last day in the community. You will still have your parking permit.

Resort Accessibility
There are stairs to get into any of the units and resort amenities.
There are no ADA units or accessories available.
Units are not wheelchair accessible and have steps going into the unit and inside the primary bedroom and bathroom.
There are no elevators.

Animals: The Courtyard Resort does not allow animals on the premises, the only exception being Service Dogs with proper documentation according to Federal Guidelines. Please provide documentation at check-in.
