Gorgeous home! Perfect layout for large groups!

This was the perfect vacation home! Lots of space, tastefully decorated! Every bedroom had a King bed with attached bath! Location was great. Loved the putting green and pool. However, there was a strong sewage smell coming from the road along side the pool area! My husband and sons discovered that the two manholes were the cause for this awful stench! As a result, the smell drew hundreds of flys to the pool area and every time we opened the door flys wood come in!!! The only other suggestion I would make, for accommodating large groups, it would be nice to have two washers and two dryers, one on the lower level to match the one on the highest level of the home. Except for those two issues, this would have been the most lovely vacation home!

Awesome experience and awesome home! The home was gorgeous with a lot of thoughtful and personal touches. Everything we needed was available and easy to use. The pool was perfect for our group. The castle bedroom was also so creative and made the “cousin sleepovers” that much cooler. We would be back to this rental property in a heartbeat

Perfect place!

We had a extended family group of 31 people and the house easily met our needs. We spent the days outside at nearby Snow Canyon park and Zion and then gathered together in the evenings. The adults visited in the large living area; the kids visited the community pool or played pickle ball.

Great house for large party. Listing and communication was not great.

The house has a lot of rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms. It was great for a large party. The listing was inaccurate about the temperature of the pool, and the ability to increase the temperature. When I contacted the property manager about it, they said the listing was wrong, and could not confirm how hot the pool would be. The house had some cleanliness issues (built up dust, dirty dishes, and dirty wall), but overall was clean.

Perfect home

We loved the location of this home. We came to do some jeeping in Sand Hollow and it was just minutes from the trails. The home was comfortable and spacious with plenty of parking. We will definitely rent this property again!

Perfect All Around Stay

We came for our annual get together for high school classmates and some of us stayed at this rental. Enough good could not be said about the property. Everybody was so impressed with the beauty and cleanliness. We had such a wonderful time and the rooms worked out perfect for us. We did not have any children but the castle room would be perfect for that (although one of us did use that room and was referred to as Your Highness for the entirety of the trip). Would definitely rent again if the need arises and would highly recommend. It can accommodate a large group with plenty of seating. We had a total of 18 people in our group (though not all staying there) and when we met for dinner one night there was plenty of room for all to sit on the very large couch and around the dining room table. Staying here definitely added to the enjoyment of our trip.

Fantastic house; perfect for our family reunion

This house was a fantastic place to spend a week together as a family. The design of it was perfect for lots of cousins to spend time together. Every room seemed oversized, the furnishings were comfortable and attractive, the amenities were fun, the house was clean, and the kitchen was very well supplied. The only inconsistency we noticed with the listing was that there is just one washer-dryer, rather than two. The management company left something to be desired. Texting them sometimes felt like interaction with a computer, with a frustrating lack of understanding of what we were asking, and sometimes the conversation suddenly started over from the beginning with a request to know who we were in the middle of a thread. We were given 3 entirely different sets of check-out instructions. Also, several beds were without sheets and no extras were to be found on the property. They brought sheets the next day and left them on the front porch. The house deserves a solid 10 out of 10; hopefully the management company can catch up.

Incredible Home

This home was just perfect for our June family reunion. Where do I begin!? We felt like royalty as we explored all three floors, selecting our favorite spaces for the 8 adults and 7 kids. Each bedroom had luxurious king beds and en suite bathrooms. The kids were completely enamored with the upstairs castle bunk room and the game room downstairs. The kitchen was spacious and well appointed for cooking. Most of our days were spent exploring Zion National Park (only 35 minutes away), walking through the beautiful resort community, playing pickleball, and alternating between the community pool and the backyard pool. This home exceeded all of our wildest dreams. We would stay here again anytime!
