"Do not stay here! Room was old, dirty, hot, paint on top of mould, smelled bad. Terrible lighting. We did not even end up staying 5 minutes. Pool is way smaller than photos show. I felt unsafe. Front desk was not very helpful, dirty shoes in lobby (like it was somebody's house), not friendly."

"The Ashwood Inn is a lovely place to stay in Central Huron. It’s very close to Grand Bend, Goderich and Bayfield. Many of the best beaches on Ontario’s West Coast are just minutes away. I would highly recommend staying here as the rooms are spacious, it’s very quiet, and the staff were very helpful."

"Pretty spot to hang out for a night! We stayed as part of a wedding -- great venue. Although if your wedding guests are loud, what are you going to do? ;) I personally would have liked better coffee. But it was comfortable and staff were nice. I thought it was good value for my money based on the number of people we had in our room."

"We stayed in an apartment at South Shore Suites and had an excellent experience. The place was spotless, very clean, and well maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning was a great plus during our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we appreciated the thoughtful detail of having coffee available for the coffee maker. We also enjoyed the gas BBQ, which is very convenient since you don’t have to worry about charcoal.
