Great location and beach access

It was nice... I would suggest that the host offer more supplies for the house.. Towels, sheets, napkins, etc...

A great place

This place is convenient to the beach and is in decent shape. It has a lot of useful features for a family. Ward was responsive when we had problems. Overall we had a nice stay.

Perfect beach vacay

The house is the road off the beach. You can sit on the balcony and see the ocean. The underneath the house is perfect for hanging out and playing ping pong. There is an outside shower and a bathroom under the house. We enjoyed our time there. Hope we can be back next year!

Great Dog Friendly Home

We loved the gate on the porch upstairs! Our dog stayed out on porch most of the week watching people go by! The location is fairly quiet and walk to beach is not bad! We loved playing ping pong! I found 205 sharks teeth in 5 days so great place for hunting! Food places were a good ways back, but island is beautiful! We walked the 2 piers on the island! The Surf City pier was really neat and we ate ice cream there! Overall great house and great location!

Great beach escape

Topsail beach vacation for Thanksgiving with in-laws. We all enjoyed the place and there was enough room for four adults and one child to be very comfortable. Very short walk to multiple public beach access points, the inland side, and the point. Highly recommend!

This house was just as described, very clean, and so close to the beach. The downstairs hangout area is really fun to have. The property managers are very responsive and everything was super easy. Will Definitely stay again!

Wonderful beach house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our family of four. You can’t beat the location, only one block to the beach! We loved relaxing on the front porch listening to the sound of the waves.

10 Days Was Not Enough!!

Our first vacation in two years (and first time to Topsail) and we were not disappointed! When I first walked in the house I was very pleased at the amount of light in the house….bright and airy, and it was very tastefully decorated, not overly beachy/kitschy. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great, with beach access only about 4 houses down. The place was pretty clean, other than the walls/baseboards needing a good wipe down. We loved our vacation at 4B&AG, and will hopefully be back soon!

Great location and beautiful home

Our family had a wonderful time staying at topsail Beach at your place. It was walking distance to the sound and to the ocean. The place was clean and comfortable and have everything we needed. Thank you!
